📈 Patrick Graham is appointed Managing Director of Rosewood Bermuda. He joined Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in 2022, previously managing Rosewood London. Graham will oversee operations and drive innovation under the Rosewood 3.0 vision. The Juniper Initiative, launched in 2024, aims to promote education, sustainability, and inclusivity in Bermuda. Graham has also held senior roles at luxury hotels in London, including Claridge’s, The Bulgari Hotel & Residences, and Nobu Hotel London Portman Square.

🏠 Jason Takaki has been appointed General Manager of Napili Shores Maui by OUTRIGGER. With over eight years of experience, he excels in operations, staff development, and guest services. Takaki will oversee AOAO and rental operations, focusing on maintenance and revenue optimization. He previously served as Director of Security at The Whaler on Kā‘anapali Beach. His leadership will enhance guest and owner experiences at the property.

📌 Zaw Oo has been appointed as the general manager of Hotel Fera Anaheim, a 460-room DoubleTree by Hilton, located in Orange, CA. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Oo previously managed the 480-room M Social Hotel New York Times Square. Born in Yangon, Myanmar, he initially worked in finance for a decade in the San Francisco Bay Area before shifting to hospitality.

🏖️ Nemacolin joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection. In November 2023, the Grand Lodge reopened with 56 all-suite accommodations; The Chateau followed in May 2024 with 124 updated rooms. The resort, 65 miles from Pittsburgh, spans 2,200 acres with three hotels, estates, and homes. It features 18 dining venues, two Pete Dye golf courses, and more. 📈 Jay Markham appointed CFO of Great Wolf Resorts with over 20 years of expertise. He will manage finance, accounting, and procurement. Previously, he was Senior VP of Finance, leading FP&A and Procurement for more than a decade. He will focus on financial performance for five new lodges opened in the last 30 months. Markham's past roles include corporate controller at Golub Capital and senior auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. His leadership will guide future growth.
