Hilton’s Green Ramadan 2025 cut plate waste by 26% in 45 hotels across 14 countries. Accor's 200+ hotels save one meal every 6 seconds. Winnow's Throw & Go tech allows touch-free waste tracking. Kitchens using Winnow prevent 28,000 tonnes of food waste yearly, saving two meals per second and avoiding 122,000 tonnes of CO₂e emissions, equivalent to 28,000 cars off the road.
