Hyatt Reports Q1 2025 Results

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation, in its Q1 2025 report, announced a 5.7% increase in RevPAR, 10.5% net rooms growth, and a net income of $20 million with adjusted net income at $46 million. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to reach $1,080 to $1,135 million, representing a 6-12% increase, while adjusted free cash flow is forecasted between $450 and $500 million, not including certain acquisition-related costs. Hyatt entered into a $1.7 billion loan agreement to finance the Playa Hotels Acquisition.
