U.S. hotel results for week ending 3 January

🏨 The U.S. hotel industry saw a boost from December 28, 2025, to January 3, 2026, with occupancy at 50.5% (+4.4%), ADR at $175.47 (+3.4%), and RevPAR at $88.65 (+7.9%). Minneapolis led in occupancy growth (+14.9% to 42.7%), while Miami saw significant rises in ADR (+17.1% to $383.32) and RevPAR (+26.4% to $337.51). In contrast, Tampa's occupancy dropped by 15.2% to 65.8%, with RevPAR declining by 19.4% to $112.70.
