Global hotel reputation continues steady improvement

The Global Review Index rose to 86.8%, with North America at 89.6% and the Middle East at 86.1%. Hotels responded to 65.6% of reviews globally, with an average response time of 3 days. Service and staff improved (+0.5 and +0.4), while room and cleanliness declined. Luxury hotels had the highest GRI at 87.7%.

Gloria Thalasso & Hotels transforms its distribution model, reaching 45% in direct sales

💸 Gloria Thalasso & Hotels in Gran Canaria and Lanzarote increased direct sales from 2.7% in 2014 to 45% of total sales by 2025. In collaboration with Mirai since 2014, they implemented a new website, booking engine, digital marketing, and the Omnichannel Contact Center. Metasearch campaigns achieved 99% coverage, while calls achieved a 37% conversion rate. The Mirai Twin 3D shopping process improved interaction and conversion, enhancing guest-centered service and sustainability focus.

Shiji Releases Q3 2025 Guest Experience Benchmark
