Booking.com’s upbeat forecast calms travel market worries

Full-year growth is forecasted at 7% in room nights, above the 6.7% analyst estimate. Despite economic concerns, shares rose 5% after-hours, lifting Expedia and Airbnb too. US demand remains high but with cautious spending. Q4 growth is expected at 4%-6% for room nights and 10%-12% in revenue.
