CoStar: Holiday Calendar Shift Boosts U.S. Hotel Performance

Atlanta's occupancy and RevPAR rose 15.6% and 20.6% due to Hurricane Milton. Oahu Island and Tampa saw RevPAR declines of 10.3% and 9.8% due to the same hurricane.
