Boom and StayFi announce integration enabling instant AI-powered marketing from guest WiFi data

StayFi guest information now flows directly into Boom, enabling immediate AI-driven segmentation, personalization, and outreach.

Miami, FL, December 10 2025 — Boom, the world’s first AI-powered property management system (AiPMS), has partnered with guest WiFi and data marketing platform StayFi to help property managers turn WiFi login information into immediate, AI-powered marketing inside Boom.

StayFi allows operators to capture contact information from every guest who logs into branded WiFi during their stay, going beyond the single booker email usually provided in a reservation. With the new integration, this information now flows directly into Boom without spreadsheets, manual uploads, or added handling. Property managers gain a more complete and accurate view of guest information the moment it reaches the PMS.

Once the data enters Boom, it is immediately processed by the platform’s built-in AI. The information is automatically organized and used to group guests into meaningful segments, personalize communication, and track engagement — tasks that would otherwise require manual sorting or separate tools. Boom takes StayFi’s guest data and turns it into intelligent, automated marketing action the moment it arrives.

Property managers can use Boom’s Business Agentic Manager (BAM) to query this data in natural language — for example: “Show me guests who stayed more than once but haven’t booked in the last six months,” or “Create a re-engagement email for our top repeat guests.” Boom generates the segment and the outreach automatically, turning StayFi’s guest information into actionable communication.

The companies say the integration will help operators make better use of the guest information they already collect, giving property managers a clearer view of guest behavior, supporting stronger repeat-stay strategy, and reducing the friction between capturing guest information and acting on it.

Shahar Goldboim, CEO and Co-Founder of Boom, said: “StayFi brings property managers reliable guest information from everyone staying in the home, not just the booker. Boom makes that information actionable the moment it arrives. By connecting the two, we’re giving operators a clear, unified way to learn from their guests and communicate with them more effectively — without adding work to their day.”

Arthur Colker, Founder and CEO of StayFi, said: “Boom’s AiPMS aligns perfectly with our mission at StayFi to help property managers drive more revenue through better guest data and automated marketing. By integrating our platforms, we’re making it even easier for operators to capture every guest, build direct relationships, and unlock meaningful profitability.”

The integration follows a period of rapid momentum for Boom. In October, the company announced a $12.7 million funding round led by Avenue Growth Partners to accelerate product development and global expansion.
