🏨 U.S. hotel industry posted gains from 26 April to 2 May 2026. Occupancy reached 66.5% (+1.2%), ADR hit $167.83 (+2.0%), and RevPAR climbed to $111.59 (+3.2%). Tampa led occupancy growth at 76.9% (+14.4%), while Miami's ADR surged to $335.90 (+16.6%) due to the Grand Prix. Las Vegas saw RevPAR rise 29% to $162.01, boosted by events like the Phish residency. San Francisco experienced declines in ADR (-28.2%) and RevPAR (-31.2%) because of a conference schedule change.
