Hyatt reports $49m Q3 net loss due to acquisition costs

🏨 Hyatt Hotels reported a $49m net loss in Q3 2025. Comparable RevPAR rose 0.3%, and net rooms grew 12.1%. Adjusted net loss was $29m, and adjusted EBITDA increased 5.6% to $291m. Choice Hotels to almost double portfolio in France
