Newly Formed Herts Pubs Company to Open the Cock in Hitchin
🍴 Herts Pubs Company launched The Cock, a refurbished 16th-century inn in Hitchin, on July 25th. With 450 years of history, it features a 46-cover dining room and a 15-cover private area. Operations Manager Adam Msetfi oversees the project, while Head Chef Alex Corley brings expertise from renowned restaurants. The menu emphasizes British suppliers, offering dishes like sirloin of aged beef and poached trout. Open Wednesday to Sunday, it also offers a Sunday roast menu and craft drinks.
