Bohemia Retains Michelin Star for 21st Consecutive Year

🍴 Bohemia Restaurant at The Club Hotel & Spa retains its Michelin star for the 21st consecutive year, a feat matched by only 19 other UK restaurants. Head Chef Callum Graham, having led the team for five years, celebrates this honor. Bohemia is the sole Channel Island restaurant with a Michelin star, known for its modern European menu with fresh Jersey and French ingredients. The Michelin ceremony's personal significance is heightened for Graham, being held in Kelvingrove, near his birthplace, East Kilbride. The Huggler Group plans to commemorate 21 years of exceptional dining at Bohemia.

Steelite International’s ‘chef’s dream’ wins Fine Dinnerware award at Ambiente 2025

The Maybourne Saint-Germain: Maybourne to bring palace-style hotel and ultra-luxury branded residences to a historic landmark in Paris

🏠 Maybourne announced the 2027 opening of "The Maybourne Saint-Germain" in Paris's Saint-Germain-des-Prés, featuring 101 hotel keys and 23 branded residences, marking the company's first property in Paris and second in France. The development includes a palace-style hotel and Paris's first ultra-luxury branded residences, designed by French interior designers Pierre-Yves Rochon (7 residences) and Laura Gonzalez (16 residences). The historic 17th-century Îlot Saint-Germain building will feature 50 suites, 51 rooms, a serene courtyard, six food and beverage outlets, and the new wellness brand Surrenne with one of Paris' largest luxury spas and health clubs, including three pools—one 25-metre pool exclusive to residents and a 30-metre rooftop pool. Co-CEO Gianluca Muzzi highlights Maybourne's vision of luxury hospitality and its commitment to creating exceptional experiences.

A New Initiative To Support The Next Generation of Chefs Has Been Launched

🍴 Goodfellow & Goodfellow and TRUEfoods launched the Plated competition for UK chefs aged 30 or under, featuring a £10K prize and Michelin-starred judges like Jason Atherton. Submissions are due by March 10th, with a live final on April 26th at TRUEfoods Development Kitchen in Ripon, North Yorkshire. The winner receives £7,500, a trip to Costa Nova in Portugal, a Michelin-starred dining experience, a feature in Portfolio, and a Trophy Plate. Chefs can enter up to three times, with three images or videos each.
