🏨 Leaf Hospitality signed an agreement to manage and operate a 144-bedroom Hampton by Hilton Wigan, part of the Fettlers development, transforming the former Galleries shopping centre site. The project, led by Cityheart and Wigan Council, includes a new market hall, over 400 homes, and a public square. The six-storey, 5,800m² hotel, designed by JM Architects and built by Galliford Try, will open in late 2027, employing over 40 staff. This marks Leaf’s 10th hotel signing.

🏝 Ennismore will open SO/ Ras Al Khaimah in November 2025, marking its first all-inclusive resort outside Europe and the first lifestyle hotel in the Emirate capital. Located along the emirate's coastline, the resort will offer 257 rooms and suites with sea views and five dining concepts. Positioned on Al Marjan Island, the resort aims to attract 3.5 million annual visitors by 2030. In 2024, Ras Al Khaimah recorded 1.28 million overnight visitors, up 12% in tourism revenue.

🏖 Losehill House Hotel celebrates 111 years with a brand revamp in Hope Valley, Peak District. The four-star boutique hotel updates its identity online, led by designer Ty Abiodun. Changes, inspired by local nature, will appear on signage, menus, and more. Built in 1914, the hotel was a countryside retreat, later pivotal in the Kinder Scout Mass Trespass. It features 22 rooms, a Thalgo spa, and a restaurant offering local dishes. Managed by Paul and Kathryn Roden since 2007.

🏠 Kimpton Fitzroy London, on October 10, 2025, launched a set of three plates honoring women’s rights pioneers in Bloomsbury. Illustrated by Fee Greening, the plates feature Princess Sophia Duleep Singh, Sarah Parker Remond, and Christina Rossetti. A collection is on display daily, and limited sets are available for £130, with £20 per sale supporting the Coram charity. The project celebrates the legacy of women involved with the Bloomsbury Group and their connection to the area.

🏨 Vertice Hospitality Management will expand its SingleThread brand at the River Belle Inn in Healdsburg, California. Built in 1895, the inn will reopen in late 2026 as The Selvedge, A SingleThread Inn, featuring nine unique rooms and amenities like a library, coffee bar, and fitness center. Axia Architects and AvroKO are responsible for design. Co-owner Tony Greenberg highlights the location's historical significance and its picturesque setting on the Russian River.

🏨 Waterford Hotel Group expands in 2025, adding the Sheraton Flowood The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center in Mississippi and the Maison Dupuy Hotel in New Orleans. Sheraton Flowood, with 200 rooms and 27,000 sq ft of event space, marks Waterford's first in Mississippi. Maison Dupuy becomes Waterford's sixth New Orleans boutique addition this year. Both properties enhance Waterford's Marriott partnership and boutique collection, focusing on strategic growth and unique guest experiences.

🏨 Sandman Signature Dallas-Las Colinas Hotel & Suites, a 204-room property, opened in Las Colinas, Texas, minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The hotel offers king rooms, junior and one-bedroom suites, an indoor pool, fitness center, and dining at Tavern on Meridian. Kevin Gilhooly, President and COO, highlighted the milestone for the brand in the U.S., emphasizing its contribution to Las Colinas’ local economy.

🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation announced the addition of Bio Habitat Hotel, part of the AKEN SOUL Collection, in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, to its portfolio through a strategic alliance with AKEN Hotels & Resorts. The hotel features 24 guest rooms and spans over 16,000 square meters of native forest, located 30 minutes from El Edén International Airport. This marks Sonesta's first alliance property in Colombia, joining two AKEN hotels in Argentina announced in September 2025.

🏨 Williamsburg, Virginia—OTH Hotels Resorts has added the 170-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore North – Pikesville to its management portfolio. Located 14 miles from downtown Baltimore, the hotel features over 19,000 square feet of meeting space. It's the fifth DoubleTree by Hilton under OTH's management. OTH plans to enhance operations and guest experiences. With the largest ballroom in Baltimore County, it's set to become a premier events destination.

🏨 AC Hotel St. Augustine opened in St. Augustine, Florida, offering 142 guestrooms. Managed by McKibbon Hospitality, the hotel features a 24/7 fitness center, outdoor lounge pool, and 1,500 square feet of meeting space. Located on Riberia Street, it offers access to local attractions and an on-site marina. Developed by Asante Asset Management and designed by BCA Studios and EDGEiD, the hotel blends modern design with the city’s historic charm.
