🏨 Choice Hotels EMEA is expanding by adding 50 Quality Suites hotels in 41 new French destinations, totaling over 4,800 rooms. This expansion increases their French portfolio to 107 hotels from 57. The initiative follows a 20-year strategic agreement with Zenitude Groupe signed in April 2024. The collaboration introduces co-branded concepts and emphasizes long-stay comfort. The strategic locations focus on transport hubs and business centers, catering to diverse travelers and embracing new hospitality trends for sustainable growth.

Maslow’s Kensington set to open in spring 2026

🏠 Maslow’s will open its third members’ house in early 2026, spanning two floors in The Kensington Building, London. The location includes coworking spaces, private offices, a café, gym, wellness studio, and meeting rooms. The Kensington Building boasts a BREEAM Excellent rating and runs on 100% renewable electricity, with WELL certification in pursuit. Maslow’s Kensington will join sister locations at 1 Warwick, Soho, and Mortimer House, Fitzrovia.

SLH added 38 new properties in third quarter

🏨 Small Luxury Hotels of the World added 38 properties in Q3 2025, totaling 87 new signings for the year, now boasting over 650 hotels across 90+ countries. Palacio de Tavira in Portugal opened in August 2025, and Sanctuary Rainforest Resort in Dominica will open in August 2026. New locations span Vietnam's UNESCO site, Bangkok, Bruges, Geneva, and more. Additions include mountain retreats, wine regions, and golf resorts, with a focus on diverse, unique experiences worldwide.

Travelodge opens new 72 room hotel in London Beckenham

🛑 Travelodge opened a new 72-room hotel in Beckenham, London, part of a six-story redevelopment by Dunward Properties. This hotel features modern designs and created 14 jobs. Travelodge now operates over 80 hotels in London and recently opened another 68-room hotel in Harwich, Essex. The Harwich site includes drive-thrus and EV charging points. Travelodge has 630 hotels and 47,000 rooms in the UK, Ireland, and Spain, with 65% of rooms upgraded to the new design.

A Viennese landmark to rebrand under the Sheraton flag

It reflects the character of the Champagne region with vineyard-inspired interiors. Premier Inn continues its expansion across secondary UK cities
