🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Harisons Hotels to introduce Crowne Plaza Resort Gurgaon Sohna in the National Capital Region, scheduled to open in Q1 2029. Located a 70-minute drive from Delhi International Airport, the resort aims to capture wedding and corporate demand. It will offer 150 rooms, four dining options, and leisure facilities. IHG operates 51 hotels in India and plans to open 89 more in the next 3-5 years.

🏨 Planet Hollywood Resorts International is launching a new venture in Tbilisi, Georgia, partnering with Orbi Group and Block Group. The project, featuring a 500-room Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino and a 600-room Radisson Blu, includes a 50,000-square-foot casino and a 4,000-seat venue. Over 2,000 permanent jobs will be created. This development emphasizes Tbilisi's growing tourism market, combining entertainment and hospitality in a 1,200-room resort, with construction currently underway.

🏨 Mr. Lalit Singh Muktawat announces Ramada Resort by Wyndham Talera Kota, a 200-room project in partnership with Wyndham Hotels. Scheduled to open in March 2029, it’s located in Kota, Rajasthan, 10 km from the proposed Kota Airport. The resort caters to corporate and leisure markets, featuring villas, dining, bar, meeting spaces, a fitness center, pool, and spa. Kota’s growth as an educational and industrial hub boosts demand for branded accommodations.

🏖 Auberge Collection will open The Stockman in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, marking its fifth Colorado property in 2030.
