🏕️ June 24, 2026, Mumbai: Minor Hotels announces the Anantara Miami Resort & Residences, a 50-storey tower in Miami's Edgewater, Design District, and Wynwood neighborhoods, set to open in 2030. The development, in partnership with One Thousand Group, features 100 private residences, 120 resort residences, 50 hotel suites, and wellness amenities. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and Patricia Urquiola, it includes a rooftop helipad and proximity to Miami's cultural sites. Sales launch this year with One Sotheby's International Realty.

🏠 Marriott is venturing into rental apartments, introducing W Apartments Cleveland in Erieview Tower by late 2027. Managed by the Kassouf family through a third party, this marks Marriott's shift to tenant-focused branded residences. Unlike Marriott's existing temporary rentals of over 3,500 units globally, this venture offers long-term leases. Tenants will enjoy amenities like a 24/7 concierge, doorman service, W-branded events, and access to a spa, fitness center, and rooftop bar.

🏖 Phase Two at Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas, Paradise Valley, Arizona, will launch in Q4 2026. It adds 134 Valley Villas, The Enclave, a hotel-within-a-hotel, Arizona's first Katsuya restaurant, and 50,000 sq ft of meeting space. Completion by Q1 2027 will bring 404 renovated keys, six pools, 22 event venues, and two restaurants across 40 acres. The new phase emphasizes privacy with The Enclave's 10 residences and wellness-focused amenities.

🏨 O'Fallon, Missouri—Construction of the 112-key Cambria Hotel O'Fallon, the first modular hotel project in the area, used 73 pre-manufactured guestroom modules. Developed by Koucar and Choice Hotels, modules were built in RISE Modular's facility in Owatonna, Minnesota, reducing weather-related delays. The first floor includes various amenities. RISE Modular and MGA Architects collaborated on this project, with the hotel set to open later this year.
