🏨 St. Clement, a new hotel at 180 The Thames, London, opened by Soho House founder Nick Jones, features 90 rooms starting at 450 sq ft, accommodating amenities like free laundry and complimentary minibar snacks. Developed by Mark Wadhwa, it offers cultural attractions, dining at Café Clement, and Bobbi’s Bar open until 3 am. Designed by Eagle + Hodges, the 4,000 sq ft penthouse includes a chef's kitchen and library. A 25m pool-based Health Club & Spa is set to open soon.

🛑 Bohopo's European expansion continues with two new hotels: Casa Laveni in Milan and Mila Porto in Porto. As of now, Bohopo operates eight hotels out of an 11-asset portfolio across five markets: Athens, Brussels, Milan, Porto, and Paris. The Milan hotel features 30 luxury rooms, while the Porto property offers 29 rooms. Bohopo aims to consolidate the fragmented European hotel market, where 80% of assets remain privately owned, capitalizing on investor interest in value-add strategies.

🏨 In Bloomington, Minnesota, Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington Edina reopened after a multimillion-dollar renovation. The hotel, located near the Mall of America, Minneapolis, and MSP International Airport, features a revamped open-air atrium and 232 updated two-room suites inspired by Minnesota’s lake country. The property also includes 5,600 square feet of modernized meeting space and an upgraded Iron Range Restaurant & Bar. 🏨 Accor’s Handwritten Collection brand, launched in 2023, now operates 50 hotels across 20 countries, with 50 more in development. Recent openings include Vienna, Shanghai, and Provence, with a UK debut in Chester following a £5m renovation. The brand will expand in the US with Treasure Island TI Las Vegas. 🏨 SevenStay Group opened a 44-unit serviced apartment development at 60 Old Hall Street in Liverpool, targeting corporate mid-term stays. The refurbished building, vacant for six years, offers accommodations for one to three months, featuring kitchens, dining areas, Wi-Fi, and private balconies on select floors. Guests have access to concierge services, a virtual front desk, and an upcoming on-site gym. This launch expands SevenStay’s existing portfolio in Liverpool, which includes properties on Bold Street and Fleet Street. 🏨 Limehome opened a hotel at 148 Queen Victoria Street, City of London, in 2023. The property converted upper floors of a former pub into accommodations, maintaining the ground floor as a pub. It's Limehome's first UK site with a new interior design concept. Limehome operates across 13 European countries, targeting London’s Zone 1 and Zone 2, and expanding in Manchester, Edinburgh, York, Bath, Oxford, and Glasgow. The company's Streatham Hill site boasts a 91% occupancy rate.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts will open its first Kimpton hotel in Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood in mid-2030, collaborating with El Corte Inglés. The 106-key hotel will feature a ground-floor restaurant, spa, indoor pool, and rooftop bar. In 2025, Madrid's tourism hit €17.9 billion, a 71% increase from 2019. IHG has 116 open and 68 pipeline luxury/lifestyle properties in Europe and 66 open with 16 in the pipeline in Spain.
