Developed by Melissa Shelton, these homes, part of the Muses collection, offer a combined total of 17 bedrooms and accommodate up to 34 guests. Luna, built between 1865-1871, and Lyra, a 20th-century home, share historical charm with modern amenities, including plunge pools and chef’s kitchens. This launch brings Dear Valentine’s city presence to seven properties.

🏨 Q1 2026, USA: According to Lodging Econometrics, the U.S. hotel construction pipeline included 6,020 projects and 705,825 rooms. Currently under construction are 1,071 projects with 132,016 rooms. Luxury segment projects rose 16% to 102 projects (25,527 rooms). Q1 saw 140 projects (15,546 rooms) start and 126 hotels (14,614 rooms) open. By 2026's end, 682 hotels with 77,323 rooms are projected, up 1.4% in supply, with 750 hotels (81,199 rooms) expected in 2027.
