🏝️ The transformation of the Bahia Principe Sunlight Tenerife into a 268-room Bahia Principe Luxury adults-only resort marks a significant expansion milestone for Hyatt and Piñero Group in Spain. The revamped resort offers two pools, four restaurants, and a unique "The Club" for premium services. 🏨 Premier Inn is set to open a 157-bedroom hotel at Sandyford Business Park, Dublin, following Whitbread's December 2023 acquisition of the site. Construction will start in early 2026 after the Wall Climbing Gym relocates. Since opening its first Dublin hotel in November 2021, Premier Inn now has five locations and opened its first site outside Dublin in Cork in 2024. 📍 Hilton continues its expansion in the luxury hotel sector with the new 237-room Derby London City Hotel, opening in early 2026. Located on Great Tower Street, the hotel partners with Dominus and is part of Hilton's Curio Collection. Features include 10 suites, Rycrofte’s restaurant, a 24-hour gym, and meeting rooms.
