🍴 Mark Bolchoz opened Cane Pazzo in Hanahan, near Charleston, on June 14. The restaurant, at 2,100 sq. ft., seats 72 inside and 40 on the patio. 🏠 Adina Apartment Hotels will enter the UK market in Q3 2025, opening The Hobson Cambridge and The Wellington Glasgow. The Hobson will offer 56 rooms; The Wellington, 98 studio apartments. By July 2025, all 18 European Adina properties achieved Green Key certification for sustainability, including renewable energy and eco-friendly practices.
