AIRE Ancient Baths Expands Flagship Tribeca Location

🛀 AIRE Ancient Baths Tribeca expanded by 5,600 square feet in New York, now covering 16,600 square feet. Opened in 2012, the location features four new baths, including a hot plunge (104°F), cold plunge (55°F), and a flotarium (98°F). The Tribeca flagship includes 11 massage rooms and offers body treatments. The ceiling height reaches 20 feet, enhancing the grandeur. AIRE has locations in Chicago, London, and more, with a Los Angeles opening in 2026.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts debuts in Germany with Conrad Hamburg

Zedwell unveils world’s largest capsule hotel at London Pavilion

🛌 Criterion Capital launched the first phase of the world's largest capsule hotel under the Zedwell brand at the historic London Pavilion, Piccadilly Circus. The property offers nearly 1,000 soundproof, windowless capsules made from sustainable oak, starting at £30 per night. Guests can enjoy Hypnos mattresses, Egyptian cotton linens, and shared amenities. Located near the Trocadero, future phases will expand on amenities and experiences, enhancing the affordable, sustainable, and experience-driven "cocoon" concept.

Houston’s Michelin-starred Musaafer is now open in New York

🍴 Musaafer opened in New York City's Tribeca on August 25. Founded by Mithu and Shammi Malik, the 10,000 sq ft Michelin-starred restaurant features a dining room, a subterranean bar, and a “chef’s studio.” The Houston original offers dishes like butter chicken two ways and exclusive items like nihari birria tacos. Chef Mayank Istwal curated the menu. The space, designed by Chromed Studio, showcases vintage Indian architecture. Musaafer plans future expansions and new concepts.

Rougarou is a new restaurant from Denver’s award-winning Yacht Club team

🏠 Yacht Club founders Mary Allison Wright and McLain Hedges opened Rougarou on August 21 in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. The restaurant seats 68 inside and 75 in its backyard, which hosts live music. Rougarou features Southern-inspired dishes and a cocktail program with drinks like the Hurricane and Muffuletta Martini. Executive chef John David Wright leads the kitchen. The space also includes Over Pour, a retail shop offering grab-and-go items and novelties.
