🏨 Hoti Hoteis' Meliá São João da Madeira, in São João da Madeira near Porto, features 93 rooms with a blend of Brazilian-inspired and contemporary design. It includes indoor/outdoor pools, a spa, fitness center, and dining at Conde Restaurant and Chapelaria Bar. This launch strengthens Meliá Hotels International’s presence in Portugal, alongside ME Lisbon in Lisbon, offering modern design infused with local culture.

🍴 Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, stars of the Kansas City Chiefs, are set to open their steakhouse, 1587 Prime, on September 17 at the Loews Kansas City Hotel. This is also Mahomes’ 30th birthday. The restaurant, managed by Noble 33, spans 10,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 238 over two levels. The menu features items like Wagyu beef and shrimp. It includes a central bar, private dining, entertainment, and art installations. Reservations for opening night have filled quickly.

🏨 Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announces Rosewood Calistoga and Residences Calistoga, opening in 2027. Situated on 118 acres in California's wine country, the resort features 129 rooms and 33 private villas and homesites. The design by Atelier Marsh honors architect Ed Tuttle's vision, emphasizing natural materials and local motifs. Amenities include Asaya wellness center, two pools, and 20,000 sq ft event space. Culinary offerings focus on local ingredients, enhancing Napa Valley's legacy through immersive experiences.

🌴 MGallery Collection's Green Coast Hotel opens in Albania, offering luxury on the Albanian Riviera, one hour from Vlora International Airport opening in mid-2025. The hotel features 131 rooms with coastal views, and a restaurant serving traditional Albanian dishes. Guests can enjoy wellness experiences like full-moon yoga and paragliding. The hotel supports local culture with UN Women partnerships and offers event spaces with stunning coastal backdrops.

🏨 Cavalieri Art Hotel, located in St Julian’s, Malta, has joined the Radisson Individuals family, offering 254 rooms and suites with panoramic views of Balluta Bay and the Sliema skyline. The hotel features three dining venues, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and event spaces, catering to leisure and business travelers. Mark Camilleri, General Manager, emphasizes showcasing Malta’s hospitality. 🍴 Two seasoned hospitality veterans, Nur Khan and Chef Richard Farnabe, launched Maison Nur on New York’s Lower East Side in late June. Designed by Khan and Jason Volenec, the restaurant features upscale, French-American cuisine with standout dishes like Parmesan-wrapped spaghetti. The space, adorned with Damien Hirst artwork, offers an international wine list and cocktails by Charlotte Voisey. A downstairs lounge will soon open, providing a curated music experience and plush seating.
