HUŎ to open second site in Belsize Village this September

🍴 In September 2025, HUŎ will open a new site in London's Belsize Village, expanding from their 2021 Chelsea location. Head Chef Yam Gurung offers a menu inspired by China and Southeast Asia, focusing on fresh, healthy ingredients. The restaurant design, by Jonathan Clark Architects, features a whitewashed wood lattice with earthy tones, seating up to 86 in the main dining area, 18 in a private room, 8 at the bar, and 16 on the terrace.

Miiro to open Palais Rudolf in Vienna this November
