📍 New York, 2025: Rockwell Group designed La Tête d'Or steakhouse in a renovated Park Avenue office building. Featuring 13,500 sq ft, the interiors blend New York and French aesthetics with art deco influences, rich blues, and various metals. Located at One Madison Avenue, the restaurant serves the public and office occupants. Key design elements include red-panelled walls, geometric chandeliers, and a custom metal kitchen hood. Chef Daniel Boulud's upbringing in Lyon inspired the restaurant name.

🏨 Co-founders Keith Evans and Kai Tan lead Dean Group's international expansion from Irish roots, with new openings in Munich, Berlin, and Miami planned for 2026. The Dean Dublin will relaunch mid-2026 with refreshed interiors and expanded premises. The Clarence in Dublin's Temple Bar is set for full renovation in 2027. The group unites The Dean Hotels brand with independent properties, expanding their global presence in Europe and the US.

🏨 Hotel Daphne, a 49-room boutique hotel from Bunkhouse Hotels, has opened reservations for January 2026 in Houston Heights, Texas. Hypsi, its restaurant and lounge helmed by chef Terrence Gallivan, will launch in November 2025. Designed by Blanchard A+D with interiors by Bunkhouse, the five-story hotel features a restaurant, bar, library, and custom art. Room rates start at $359. Omar Abreu, the regional general manager, anticipates creating a vibrant community hub.

🏨 Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the largest independent hotel brand, added 18 new properties globally between April 1 and June 30, 2025. Highlights include hotels in Singapore, Italy, Texas, China, and Austria. Members of the I Prefer Hotel Rewards can earn 2,500 bonus points on eligible stays at these hotels. The bonus offer is valid for bookings by September 30, 2025, for stays from July 3 to December 31, 2025.

🍴 Executive chef Yoshi Okai, known for Austin's Otoko, leads Hai Sí, a new izakaya in Aspen, Colorado. The restaurant is a collaboration between New Waterloo and Infinite Hospitality, showcasing a fusion of Japanese and Spanish cuisines. Located below Sway, it features a dining room, sushi bar, cocktail bar, and listening room. The menu includes nigiri sushi, A5 wagyu, and pan con tomate. The ambiance is enhanced by creative cocktails like the Dirty Dashi Tooni.

🏨 Classic British Hotels has added Barnett Hill and Langshott Manor from The Alexander Hotel Collection. 🏨 Barnett Hill, located in Surrey Hills, offers 56 rooms and nine meeting spaces, led by Chef Steven Newton. 🏨 Danish designer Julie Cloos Mølsgaard transformed a 14th-century townhouse in Lagrasse, South of France, into Vipp's 12th guesthouse. The project features a red marble shower, sculptural staircase, and an aluminium kitchen. Lagrasse is known as one of France's prettiest villages. The townhouse was reorganized across three floors, with the kitchen and dining area on the first floor and a bedroom suite on the uppermost floor, showcasing a custom timber bed and marble shower tray.

🏢 Alila Kothaifaru Maldives, December 2025, unveils Two-Bedroom Beach Pool Villas and Boduge Residence. The 265 sqm villas offer families or friends privacy and luxury, featuring king and twin bedrooms, a 97 sqm outdoor area with a pool and sundeck. The 395 sqm Boduge Residence provides ocean views, a 160 sqm outdoor area, and a 45 sqm pool.
