🏨 Ennismore partners with Cain in 2024, acquiring a minority stake to expand Delano hotels. Delano Miami Beach reopens in early 2026 with 171 rooms. Delano SoHo New York opens with 390 rooms, while Delano London debuts in late 2026 with 67 rooms. Locations include Hudson Square, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. Delano's expansions in Paris (2023) and Dubai (2024) align with its luxury and cultural brand identity.

Delano set to expand in New York and London

📍 Ennismore has signed for Delano SoHo New York and Delano London. Delano SoHo New York, located in Hudson Square, offers 390 rooms and is a 46-storey hotel. Delano London, near Kensington Gardens, will feature 67 rooms and open in late 2026. Both hotels include wellness, dining, and retail spaces. These signings precede the Delano Miami Beach relaunch next year. Upcoming openings in Miami, New York, and London mark a new chapter for this luxury lifestyle brand.

Radisson debuts in Clermont-Ferrand

Opened as part of Radisson's expansion strategy, the hotel offers modern design and city-center access. Hotel-residence brand The Code set for December debut in Austin

🏠 Pearlstone Partners and AvantStay will launch The Code at 2323 South Lamar Blvd, Austin, in December. The property features 178 residences across five stories, with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units priced from $419,000 to $849,000. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, pool, and coworking spaces. Sales contracts begin November 3rd, with plans for nationwide expansion. The flexible use model allows ownership and short-term stays, embodying a new hospitality concept.

CityHub expands its European footprint

🏨 Netherlands-based CityHub plans to convert the existing Hotel Pacific in Hamburg into its first German location, doubling the 52-unit site to a 110-key hotel using modular designs. This marks CityHub's fifth European location, previously established in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, and Reykjavik. Hamburg witnessed over 16 million overnight stays last year. The project, a collaboration with Kohler & von Bargen, will start in 2025, aiming for a 2027 opening. Located near St. Pauli and Sternschanze, close to Hamburg Central Station.

Cote, the acclaimed Korean steakhouse, has just opened at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas

🥩 On October 4, Cote, a Michelin-starred Korean Steakhouse, opened at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, its first West Coast location, as part of a $1.5 billion renovation project. Founded by Simon Kim, Cote's Las Vegas outlet is the largest at 17,000 sq. ft., featuring a menu under executive chef David Shim. Known for smokeless grills and a $88.88 Butcher’s Feast, the restaurant offers a wine list of over 1,200 labels curated by Victoria James.

Kimpton Fitzroy London and Fee Greening Unveil Limited-Edition Plate Collection Honouring Bloomsbury’s Women’s Rights Icons

Axia Architects and AvroKO are responsible for design. Co-owner Tony Greenberg highlights the location's historical significance and its picturesque setting on the Russian River.

The Douglas Welcomes Guests in a Restored Savannah Townhouse

🏨 The Douglas, a 16-room boutique hotel in Savannah’s Historic District, inhabits an 1853 townhouse. Over 170 years, the building served various roles, including a banker’s home and WWII apartments. Local firms Reggie Gibson Architects and Glenn Keyes Architects led the restoration, preserving elements like Murano glass chandeliers. Designer Kirby Caldwell infused Vitruvian principles into the interiors, featuring antiques, custom pieces, and a refined color palette, blending modern design with historic charm.
