🏨 Starting July 1, 2025, The Edinburgh Grand will join The Luxury Collection as its first Scottish property, located on St Andrew Square. Old Town Chambers on the Royal Mile joins Marriott's Autograph Collection. The Colourist opens in 2027 under the Tribute Portfolio at Princes Street. Marriott previously debuted Four Points by Sheraton and W Hotels in Edinburgh and AC Hotels in Inverness. Edinburgh’s cultural allure drives Marriott’s strategic expansion.

🏨 TULIP Residences Lviv, located at 24a Panasa Myrnoho Street within the Kristal Plaza complex, opened in 2021 in collaboration with Louvre Hotels Group. The hotel offers 73 apartments with kitchenettes and amenities such as a 24-hour TULIP Café, a business area, gym, underground parking, and a rooftop terrace. Situated near the IT Park and LvivTech.City, it caters to both business and leisure travelers seeking medium-term stays.

🏨 Located near Syracuse, the Dolce by Wyndham hotel features 102 rooms, including 14 junior and 5 king suites. The property offers an 18-hole golf course, spa, two pools, and dining by chef Mirko Previtera. It can host events for up to 200 guests. As part of Wyndham's regional expansion, new openings include five resorts in Spain, a Greek residence, and hotels in Barcelona and Malta, reinforcing its Southern European growth strategy.

🏠 Dishoom, a British chain of Indian restaurants, is launching Permit Room Lodgings above its new dining venue on Portobello Road, London in June 2025. The accommodation includes two en-suite bedrooms and a living room, combining Bombay heritage with Notting Hill style. Designed by Macaulay Sinclair, the interiors feature antique Bombay furnishings. The Lodgings require a two-night minimum stay, and offer amenities like a bespoke drinks cabinet, breakfast in bed service, and curated South Asian art.

📍 In 2026, COMO Hotels & Resorts will open COMO Le Beauvallon, a luxury hotel in one of the world's exclusive destinations. This marks the second phase of their project, following the 2023 opening of COMO Le Montrachet in Burgundy, France. Renowned chef Yannick Alléno, with 17 Michelin stars, will bring a new culinary concept to the hotel's beach club. COMO focuses on unique regional locations like Burgundy, emphasizing intimate and culturally rich experiences outside urban centers.

📺 Netflix will open its third Netflix House on the Las Vegas Strip in 2027. The first two locations in Philadelphia and Dallas open in late 2025. Spanning 100,000 square feet, these venues feature popular shows like “Wednesday” and “Squid Game.” Both locations will include food services, and Philadelphia will offer mini golf. Netflix Bites will serve dishes inspired by shows and movies, bringing streaming stories to life for fans.

🏖 Located in Calvià, 200m from San Maties Beach, Ilunion Hotels' new property covers 16,000 sqm with 256 rooms on seven floors. Built in the 1970s and renovated in 2019, it features three pools, a restaurant, bar, gym, spa, children's area, and terrace. The opening brings Ilunion's Spanish portfolio to 32 hotels, aligning with their growth strategy. The hotel is BREEAM certified and holds the Biosphere seal, emphasizing sustainability.

📍 Over the next 12 months in Wilhelmshaven, a 74-room hotel will undergo extensive renovations to align with Best Western's brand, enhancing its appeal to travelers. Managed by beepartment GmbH, it will feature a lobby with free coffee and tea, a restaurant, and a bar. Wilhelmshaven is Germany's largest deep-sea port, offering great tourism and business potential. This move is part of Best Western’s expansion in Germany and the UK, including the Hotel Azenberg Stuttgart and two UK hotels.
