🏨 Courtyard San Jose Airport reopened on April 2 after a $15 million renovation. Located near Silicon Valley and one mile from Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport, it features 199 guestrooms, including 13 suites, with spa-style bathrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi. Managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts, it offers 250-guest capacity in the Inspire Ballroom and a 1,600 square foot fitness center. Dining includes The Bistro and The Crate deli-style market.

🏘 In Bozeman, Montana, Virga Capital announced the grand opening of the Home2 Suites by Hilton Four Corners, managed by Resolute Road Hospitality. The 100-suite hotel, featuring full kitchens, a pool, and EV charging stations, caters to short-term and extended stays. 🏔️ This hotel, the first in the Four Corners submarket, serves the growing demand for quality accommodation and offers proximity to Big Sky Resort and Montana State University. The ceremonial opening included hotel tours and a ribbon-cutting event.

🏨 Marriott International has launched "Series by Marriott," a midscale and upscale collection brand, expanding in India through a founding deal with Concept Hospitality Private Limited (CHPL). Marriott's partnership includes over 100 hotels, offering amenities like free Wi-Fi and breakfast. CHPL's Fern brands will affiliate with Series by Marriott, tapping into India's growing hospitality market. Marriott Bonvoy's 230 million members will benefit, as India’s middle class is projected to reach 1 billion by 2047.

🏠 US: In June 2026, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts will open The Harriman in Ketchum, Idaho, featuring 73 hotel rooms and 12 penthouses. Located near Bald Mountain’s River Run, the resort includes a spa, fitness center, restaurant, and event spaces. Named after W. Averill Harriman, the project is led by Andrew Blank and Jack Bariteau with designs by Hornberger+Worstell and others. The Harriman celebrates Sun Valley’s heritage and future.

📍 Signo Hospitality is expanding in northern Germany with a new Hampton by Hilton hotel in Bremen Nord. Located in the Vegesack district, near the train station and Weser harbor, the hotel will offer 153 rooms, a lobby bar, and a boardroom. The architectural design is led by Marggraf Architektur, with 2P Projektentwicklung GmbH managing the development. The project is part of a partnership aiming to open 10 Hilton hotels in Germany by 2026.

📍 The Chocolate on the Pillow Group has inaugurated the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Koblenz, the second of six planned hotel rebrandings in Germany, with completion targeted by early 2026. Formerly GHOTEL hotel & living Koblenz, it underwent extensive renovations incorporating brand and local design elements. The focus included digital integration for enhanced operations and guest experiences. This follows the recent launch in Bochum, aiming for a flexible, midscale product with high economic performance.

🌴 Angsana Velavaru in South Nilandhe Atoll launches a comprehensive wellness yoga program in May, offering free morning and afternoon classes in yoga techniques like Sunrise Flow and Hatha Yoga. From June 13-15, Shubhangi Chauhan, a holistic wellness coach, will lead a special residency for Global Wellness Day, with activities including breathwork and a Wellness Circle. The program emphasizes personal connection and mindfulness, with options for private sessions and spa treatments rooted in Asian traditions.

🏨 Nordic Hotels & Resorts will open The Dock Urban Hotel & Spa in Södertälje, Sweden, in November 2025. Located 30 minutes from Stockholm, this 14-story hotel will feature 183 rooms, including three suites. The Dock will house several dining options and a conference space called The Dock Back Stage. The Dock Spa, spanning 1,400 square meters, is due to open in June 2026 with pools and a terrace. The hotel aims to blend local heritage with modern hospitality.

🏨 PM Hotel Group expanded its lifestyle portfolio in the past year, adding evo Hotels in Salt Lake City and Tahoe City, and Queen Kapiʻolani Hotel in Honolulu. New projects opening in 2025 include RESET Joshua Tree (May), Hotel Burg in Leesburg, VA (summer), and Nightsky San Luis Obispo (late fall). The group operates 92 hotels, focusing on authentic, experiential hospitality. Their strategy embraces shifting guest preferences and diverse market needs.
