🍴 Mark Bolchoz opened Cane Pazzo in Hanahan, near Charleston, on June 14. The restaurant, at 2,100 sq. ft., seats 72 inside and 40 on the patio. The name, "Cane Pazzo," means "mad dog," a nickname from Bolchoz's grandfather, and honors their service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

🏠 Adina Apartment Hotels will enter the UK market in Q3 2025, opening The Hobson Cambridge and The Wellington Glasgow. The Hobson will offer 56 rooms; The Wellington, 98 studio apartments. By July 2025, all 18 European Adina properties achieved Green Key certification for sustainability, including renewable energy and eco-friendly practices.
