🏨 Designed by Philippe Starck, the "Oh Baby" hotel in Dunkirk, France, will integrate luxury, contemporary design, and gastronomy. The project, supported by Atream and developed by the Trigano family, includes a 3 km seawall extension, an 800-meter "dune dike," and a green loop. Cyril Lignac will manage a rooftop restaurant. This initiative aims to promote sustainability and enhance Dunkirk’s hospitality sector, aligning with urban regeneration goals to improve waterfront access and green spaces.

🏨 Accor's MGallery expands in Europe, opening the Green Coast Hotel in Albania, reflecting local heritage. The hotel features influences from Illyrian, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman history. It offers seasonal dining at Mosaic Restaurant and signature cocktails at Mente bar. Guests can enjoy a five-story spa, paragliding, and local experiences. The hotel supports local communities and gender equality initiatives. Accor's regional expansion includes projects in Slovakia and Montenegro, enhancing its presence in the Balkans and Central Europe.

🏨 In Loughton, Travelodge is opening a new hotel at Langston Road, 30 minutes from Stansted Airport, by the end of next year. The hotel will feature next-gen rooms and an 85 Bar Café, supporting local economy with job creation. Developed by Higgins Group and built by Barnes Construction, it’s part of a mixed-use project. Travelodge’s expansion includes new sites in Dartford, Liverpool, Bradford, and Birmingham, enhancing their UK presence with affordable accommodations.

🏨 TRIBE Krakow Old Town, a new hotel by Essendi, offers 168 rooms and suites. Located centrally in Krakow, Poland, it caters to modern travelers with a pan-Asian restaurant, cocktail bar, meeting rooms, and wellness facilities. Designed by Stone Designs and Ingarden & Ewý, it's applying for BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification to highlight sustainability. This strategic move strengthens Essendi's presence in Europe's economy and midscale hotel segments. TRIBE reflects Essendi’s responsible hospitality vision.

🍴 Pedrali transforms Milan's 13th floor Uptown Palace into "Orizzonti," a panoramic restaurant offering 360° city views, including the Duomo and Velasca Tower. Chef Luca Pedata leads the kitchen, blending Mediterranean traditions with contemporary techniques. Pedata, born in 1989, is supported by sous-chef Giuseppe Robustella. Designed by Patrick Jouin, Ester armchairs and Filicudi lamps enhance the space. Stiel armchairs by Sebastian Herkner and Ester barstools in the bar area add sophistication and comfort.

🛀 Kaldewei unveils the Puro Next bathtub series, a modern redesign offering three variants: single-seater, Duo with ergonomic backrests, and Combi for bath and shower. Sizes range from 160x70 cm to 190x90 cm. Crafted from glazed steel, its features include impact resistance and a sleek 10 mm tub edge. Optional safety finishes like Invisible Grip enhance slip resistance. The series offers luxury and practicality, catering to young couples, families, and mature homeowners.
