McKibbon Hospitality Selected to Manage Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District

🏨 July 29, 2025, Savannah, Georgia: McKibbon Hospitality has been awarded the management contract for the Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District, set to open in 2025. Originally breaking ground in November 2023, this will be McKibbon's second Tempo by Hilton property, among five managed in Savannah. The LEED-certified hotel will feature tech-enabled guestrooms, Peloton suites, a Bluestone Lane Café, and a rooftop bar. The design collaborates with the Savannah Historic District Board, reflecting local heritage.

Cane Pazzo in Hanahan, S.C., blends Low Country ingredients with Italian flavors

🍴 Mark Bolchoz opened Cane Pazzo in Hanahan, near Charleston, on June 14. The restaurant, at 2,100 sq. ft., seats 72 inside and 40 on the patio. The menu blends Southern and Italian influences, featuring local and seasonal ingredients. Unique features include handmade plates and an all-Italian wine list. The name, "Cane Pazzo," means "mad dog," a nickname from Bolchoz's grandfather, and honors their service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

UK is the new playground for Adina Apartment Hotels

🏠 Adina Apartment Hotels will enter the UK market in Q3 2025, opening The Hobson Cambridge and The Wellington Glasgow. The Hobson will offer 56 rooms; The Wellington, 98 studio apartments. By July 2025, all 18 European Adina properties achieved Green Key certification for sustainability, including renewable energy and eco-friendly practices. Beyond certification, Adina's efforts include recognition by Sustainable Berlin and the Swisstainable Level III label for Geneva.

The hospitality sector stronger than ever
