📍 US: The Gunter Hotel in San Antonio, a 116-year-old landmark, reopened after a $57 million renovation. Now part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio, the hotel features 311 rooms, including 30 suites and 14 ADA rooms. It includes a rooftop pool, 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and cultural amenities like a recording studio and a vinyl library. New dining options include Jots, Keystone Club, Bar 414, and Paris Baguette. The reopening will continue through 2025.

🍷 On September 13, The Popal Group launched Maison Bar à Vins, their fifth restaurant in Washington, D.C.'s Adams Morgan neighborhood. This French-inspired venue, located in a 19th-century brownstone, offers three distinct floors: a 12-seat bar on the first, a reservation-only dining room on the second, and private dining spaces on the third. The menu, crafted by chefs Matt Conroy and Jason Chavenson, features French dishes, complemented by a wine and cocktail program emphasizing organic and unique selections.

🏨 Avi Brosh’s Palisociety has expanded its Le Petit Pali brand to St. Helena, Napa Valley, marking the fifth location. The new property spans nearly three acres with 29 guestrooms, including five standalone cottages. It offers a mix of California and European charm, featuring a main house, garden bar, pool, and spa. This expansion follows locations in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Laguna Beach, and Brentwood, LA, embodying a classic bed and breakfast concept with a modern twist.

🏨 Starwood Hotels has opened Treehouse Hotels’ first U.S. site in Sunnyvale, California. 10 SB and CRÈME, with Starwood, crafted the architecture and interiors. Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley integrates repurposed structures with a new six-story modular building to cut waste. With 254 rooms, including 21 suites, it showcases natural and artisan materials. The hotel celebrates Sunnyvale's agricultural past with citrus groves and native trees. Stephanie Izard's Valley Goat Restaurant features rustic, handcrafted designs, enhancing the hotel's homey vibe.

🍕 Ria’s Soho, a Detroit-style pizza and wine bar, launches on 1st November 2025 in London’s Soho, offering 50% off food from 1st to 3rd November. The new site, designed with Nothing is Not Nothing, continues the legacy of Notting Hill with a 38-cover space over two floors, featuring an open kitchen and wine cave. 🍳 Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, in partnership with The Clermont Hotel Group, will open the UK's first Hell's Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel, London, in Spring 2026. Located at Marble Arch, this site will join eight existing locations, having served over one million Beef Wellingtons globally since 2018. The restaurant will feature an open kitchen and a contemporary bar, offering signature dishes and innovative cocktails, all within a hotel boasting 900 bedrooms and extensive event spaces.

🛀 AIRE Ancient Baths Tribeca expanded by 5,600 square feet in New York, now covering 16,600 square feet. Opened in 2012, the location features four new baths, including a hot plunge (104°F), cold plunge (55°F), and a flotarium (98°F). The Tribeca flagship includes 11 massage rooms and offers body treatments. The ceiling height reaches 20 feet, enhancing the grandeur. AIRE has locations in Chicago, London, and more, with a Los Angeles opening in 2026.
