🏨 Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz MGallery Collection opened in July 2025 on the Basque Coast, offering 149 rooms, including 8 suites, and a Cinq Mondes spa. 🍴 Longbow Venues will open "The Charleston" in Bakewell in early 2026, investing £2.5 million in renovating a Grade II-listed building. 🍴 Stephen Starr’s restaurant group returned to Atlantic City, N.J., opening two new concepts at Ocean Casino Resort last week after exiting in 2020. Located on the lobby level, Sunny’s offers a menu with prices from $16 to $29, while Chez Frites provides a prix-fixe menu at $49-$56. Starr Restaurants, based in Philadelphia, operates 40 venues across several major cities and previously closed its Atlantic City outpost in 2020.
