🏥 Verita Healthcare Group launched Verita Health Hoi An at Wafaifo Resort, Hoi An, Vietnam, focusing on longevity and preventative healthcare. With Vietnam's competitive healthcare and booming tourism, this facility aims to merge resort comfort with advanced medical care. It offers treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, NAD+ infusions, and stem cell therapies. This marks Verita's expansion in Asia, highlighting Vietnam's rising role in wellness tourism.

🏨 Hilton Turin Centre boasts 175 rooms, including 36 suites, a spa, wellness center, restaurant, bar, and event spaces. Located centrally in Turin, it offers easy access to attractions like the Egyptian Museum and Piazza Castello. Designed by Emilio Decker in 1953, it features Rationalist architecture. The hotel includes 11 meeting rooms and advanced audiovisual tech. Hilton plans further expansions in Italy with new hotels in Rome and Naples by 2025.

🏨 Set to open in 2030, near Ankelmannplatz and Berliner Tor, Hamburg, Scandic's new hotel will boost the area’s urban development. Hamburg is Germany’s second-largest city and biggest port. The hotel, co-owned by PEG and Reiss+Co, will feature a restaurant, bar, fitness center, and sky bar. 🏨 Fairfield by Marriott will open a 142-room hotel near the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, UK, in early 2027. Located off junction 12 of the M40, construction starts this autumn. Managed by Cycas Hospitality, it's the brand's first UK entry, boosting local tourism and economy, and supports the museum's mission. The hotel will cater to business travelers from JLR's Global Headquarters and leisure tourists, addressing the area's accommodation shortage.

This 103-room hotel, the fourth Garner in Japan, involves rebranding and refurbishment with Kyoto design. Located in Shijo Karasuma near Nishiki Market and other attractions, it caters to both international and Japanese travelers seeking midscale accommodations. 🏨 In 2024, the Fattal Hotel Group acquired the AC Forum Hotel in Barcelona for €80 million, rebranding it as the Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Forum. Located near the Barcelona International Convention Centre, it targets MICE and business travelers, boasting 19 meeting rooms over 2,760 m² accommodating up to 670 attendees. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, gym, and Mediterranean restaurant. This expansion reinforces Leonardo Hotels' strategy in Southern Europe, including openings in Spain and Italy.

📍 SV Hotel is expanding its portfolio by partnering with Hyatt, opening Me and All Hotel Berlin East Side, featuring 60 parking spaces. The hotel offers modern amenities, aiming to be a vibrant urban meeting space. Hyatt plans further expansion with Me and All Hotels across Europe. Another collaboration, Hyatt Centric Altstadt Hamburg, is set for late 2026.
