📍 NUMA Group acquired Native Places last year and announced a new property at 17 Jubilee Street, Brighton, UK, opening this summer. The former MyBrighton Hotel will feature 84 units and 172 beds. NUMA's expansion includes a modern tech stack, enhancing their digital guest experience. Already active in 15 countries and 36 cities, with nearly 9,000 units, NUMA plans to expand further in the UK, targeting cities like Manchester, Bristol, and Edinburgh.

🍴 Denver restaurateur Ciaran O’Brien opens Rose & Thorn at The Penrose in RiNo. July 12 sees the 16th-story rooftop Rose launch with a lounge, pool, bottle service, and city views.
