🏨 Premier Inn is set to open a 157-bedroom hotel at Sandyford Business Park, Dublin, following Whitbread's December 2023 acquisition of the site. Construction will start in early 2026 after the Wall Climbing Gym relocates. Since opening its first Dublin hotel in November 2021, Premier Inn now has five locations and opened its first site outside Dublin in Cork in 2024. 📍 Hilton continues its expansion in the luxury hotel sector with the new 237-room Derby London City Hotel, opening in early 2026.
