🏨 Meliá Hotels International reopened the Meliá Costa Atlantis in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, after a €4 million renovation by Atom Hoteles Socimi. The hotel, overlooking Martiánez beach, offers 290 rooms, including 80 upgraded The Level rooms and two presidential suites. Facilities feature six meeting rooms for up to 500 attendees, two pools, a spa with wellness facilities, and three dining venues. This boosts Meliá's presence to 19 hotels in the Canary Islands.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group plans four new hotels in Romania, opening from 2027 to 2028 in Bucharest, Brașov, and Mamaia. The Radisson RED Bucharest Old Town, with 104 rooms, debuts in 2027. Radisson Lagoon Hotel Bucharest, also in 2027, features 323 rooms and an urban resort concept. Brașov's mountain resort opens in early 2027, while Mamaia's coastal resort opens in 2028 with 234 rooms. These developments expand Radisson’s Romanian presence.

📍 Ruby Group plans to open its second hotel in Geneva's financial district in Q3 2028. Located at Rue de Hesse 18, the hotel will offer 124 rooms in a converted former bank with 4,150 sqm of space. The project is part of a broader expansion, including new hotels in Berlin, Copenhagen, Rotterdam, and Stockholm, marking Ruby's 34th property. Geneva is seeing increased interest from hotel groups like easyHotel and Room Mate Hotels.

🏨 Moxy Hotels, Marriott Bonvoy’s lifestyle brand, aims for 100 European hotels by 2025, with 17 new openings planned. In October 2024, Moxy Barcelona launches with 414 rooms. In Turkey, Moxy Istanbul Beyoğlu opens by year-end, with a second hotel in Izmir. Moxy Luxembourg Airport recently opened with 129 rooms. Future sites include Spain, Turkey, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Serbia, and Switzerland, reflecting a bold expansion strategy.

🏨 Ibis is expanding in Europe with new hotels in Estonia, Germany, Spain, Belgium, and the UK. Notable openings include Ibis Styles Tallinn, Ibis Styles Madrid Airport with 260 rooms, and Ibis Budget Madrid Albasanz with 99 rooms, all set for June 2025. Other locations include France, Germany, Hungary, and Poland, focusing on urban and airport locations. Each Ibis Styles hotel incorporates local design elements, enhancing cultural appeal and targeting both leisure and business travelers.

🏖️ Ennismore partners with Vivium to launch Luura under Morgans Originals in Paros, Greece, April 2026. Luura Cliff, a 39-room hotel, will open on the island's west side, followed by a 45+ room boutique hotel on the east in 2027. Amenities include a sunset cliff bar, private chapel, spa, fitness facilities, and beach access. F&B concepts from Rikas Hospitality Group and Paris Society will be featured. This marks Morgans Originals' first expansion outside the UK.

🏨 In 2022, Andy and Lindsey Lampard transformed a 19th-century merchant's house in Driffield, East Yorkshire into The Highfield House. Originally a wedding venue, it now includes the 2 AA Rosette restaurant 1864, The Library Bar, and Yarn. Spanning eight acres, it boasts restored features and local arts. Won Remarkable Hotel of the Year twice at the REYTAs. Driven by sustainability and personal touches, the hotel embodies luxury intertwined with heritage and community.

🏨 Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Orlando Resort & Suites completed a $7 million renovation of its South Tower, upgrading 164 guestrooms. Located one mile from Universal Orlando Resort, the hotel features modern Roja room design, 50” 4K TVs, and spa-inspired bathrooms. Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, and free shuttles to theme parks. The renovation coincides with the opening of Universal’s EPIC Universe theme park, enhancing the guest experience in Orlando’s theme park district.
