🏨 NH Collection, Minor Hotels' premium brand, has expanded in Southern Europe with the opening of NH Collection Ibiza and NH Collection Marbella. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the brand now boasts 100 properties globally. NH Collection Ibiza offers 38 rooms and three dining options, while NH Collection Marbella features 163 rooms near Marbella’s Golden Mile. Both hotels enhance the brand’s presence in key Mediterranean destinations, catering to leisure and business travelers.

🏠 Kronos Homes launches 96 branded residences at Salgados Beach, Algarve, Portugal. The properties, managed by Highgate Portugal, include 42 Westin and 54 Marriott residences, with prices starting at €675,000 and €330,000, respectively. Located 100m from the beach and 35 minutes from Faro Airport, these residences offer premium amenities like pools, spas, and golf. 🏨 Marriott International's Moxy Hotels will open a new 145-room property in Aarau, Switzerland by the end of 2028. The current Hotel Aarauerhof will undergo a retrofit led by Pensimo Group and The Chocolate on the Pillow Group. By July 2025, a winning architectural design will be chosen. This will be the fifth Moxy in Switzerland, prioritizing adaptive reuse for environmental reasons. The project is strategically located next to Aarau's train station and will feature 3,750 sqm of communal spaces.
