📍 NexGen Hotels acquired the 165-room Claridge House in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood. This summer, it will become part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection. The hotel, near major attractions like Wrigley Field and Navy Pier, offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, spa-style showers, and meeting space. It features a fitness center, spa, and two dining options: Cal’s at Claridge House and Sushi by Bou Gold Coast. NexGen owns 16 Midwest hotels.

Moxy to open in Aarau through hotel conversion project

🏨 Marriott International's Moxy Hotels will open a new 145-room property in Aarau, Switzerland by the end of 2028. The current Hotel Aarauerhof will undergo a retrofit led by Pensimo Group and The Chocolate on the Pillow Group. By July 2025, a winning architectural design will be chosen. This will be the fifth Moxy in Switzerland, prioritizing adaptive reuse for environmental reasons. The project is strategically located next to Aarau's train station and will feature 3,750 sqm of communal spaces.
