🏨 Novum Hospitality, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and the Hilpert Group will open a new voco Hotel in Berlin-Mitte by late 2028. Thompson Miami Beach opens in Q3 2025, offering 147 rooms. Park Hyatt Los Cabos is scheduled for summer 2025, with 163 rooms and a wellness complex. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur will open in August 2025, offering 31 rooms. Hyatt is expanding its brand residences globally, including in Cabo del Sol and Mexico.
