🏨 Novum Hospitality, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and the Hilpert Group will open a new voco Hotel in Berlin-Mitte by late 2028. Located at Mollstraße 4, near Alexanderplatz, the hotel will have 440 rooms over 14,650 square meters. Construction starts mid-2026.
