🏖 Hagadone Hospitality has started construction on the Sherman Tower, expanding The Coeur d’Alene Resort in Idaho by 139 rooms, totaling 477 rooms when complete. The project is expected to generate around 200 jobs, featuring lake-facing guestrooms, an expanded food-and-beverage program, and new common areas. The expansion includes a lobby lounge, rotating local art café, a full-service restaurant, and a rooftop bar with views of Lake Coeur d’Alene and the city skyline.
