The 47-room boutique hotel features a neoclassical and Art Deco façade, interior design inspired by European opera houses, and themed suites based on opera characters. Amenities include the Diva's Lounge, Backstage restaurant, and Auriga Spa, all adhering to the theatrical opera theme. Bensley's design includes handcrafted furniture, bespoke wallpaper, and curated artworks incorporating European and Vietnamese craftsmanship, merging historical elements with local culture.

DoubleTree by Hilton launches new restaurant concept

Banyan Tree debuts residences in Madrid

🏠 Persepolis Investments unveiled Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences in Madrid's Salamanca District, comprising 24 units sized 308-655 sqm, marketed by Colliers and Knight Frank. The 1948 Gutiérrez Soto-designed building, restored by Julio Touza Sacristán, features Caramba Estudio interiors with 1-4 bedrooms, terraces up to 113 sqm, oak wood flooring, underfloor heating, and Portoro marble bathrooms. Accor advances hotel renovation strategy across Europe

Hilton signs first NoMad deal

The second NoMad hotel is set to open in Singapore by 2027 with 173 rooms, located on Orchard Road. NoMad, starting with a London property opened in 2021, has plans for growth in North America, Europe, and beyond. Hilton's luxury footprint in Asia-Pacific aims for 150 hotels, with upcoming Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Hotels & Resorts properties, and recently introduced LXR Hotels & Resorts, including Umana Bali and Roku Kyoto.

LXR Hotels & Resorts introduced Umana Bali in Southeast Asia, adding to their portfolio following Roku Kyoto in Japan.
