🏨 IHG® Hotels & Resorts plans to open a Vignette Collection hotel in Panchkula, India, by early 2026. The 145-room hotel will include 11 suites, 4 dining venues, and over 2,200 square meters for events. Panchkula, part of the growing Chandigarh Metropolitan Region, hosts IT parks and manufacturing hubs. IHG aims to expand its luxury presence in India, where 51 hotels already operate, with 80 more in the pipeline for the next 3-5 years.

🏨 Caesars Palace celebrates 60 years on the Las Vegas Strip, unveiling two Presidential Villas in Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in Octavius Tower. 🏠 Wrocław-based COI Studio transformed a century-old art nouveau apartment in Poznań's Jeżyce district into "Two Suns," a vibrant, sculptural space. 🏨 Ivy Hospitality announced a new management contract for the 130-room Springhill Suites by Marriott Fishers in Indianapolis.
