Overseen by Kyra Slade, a seasoned healthcare expert, the spa introduces AEMY, an AI-driven platform for personalized wellness. The spa director is Jeff Wescott, a longtime local.

🏨 W Hotels opened its first Saudi Arabia property, W Riyadh – KAFD, in the King Abdullah Financial District. Designed by LW, the hotel features 210 rooms, including 17 suites. A 4,200 sq ft penthouse offers luxury amenities. Dining options include Sira with Latin American dishes and Beni for specialty coffee. The property also boasts a spa, fitness studio, 15 meeting rooms, and a ballroom, blending local cultural references with modern luxury.

🏨 Red Carnation Hotels unveils three redesigned suites in London, driven by Claire Haugh, design director. The Family Suite at The Milestone Hotel, Kensington, accommodates 2 adults, 2 children, and an infant, featuring bespoke bunk beds. The Mayfair Suite at The Chesterfield offers a split-level layout with butler service for up to 4 guests. The redesign reflects the history and character of each hotel, with further renovations planned in London, Guernsey, and South Africa.

🏨 Premier Inn plans to develop a £multi-million 108-bedroom hotel in Hunstanton, North Norfolk, marking its first location there. Expected to open if planning approval is granted this autumn, the hotel will feature a restaurant, parking, and the latest room formats. The development aligns with the Borough Council's tourism expansion goals, supporting local jobs and spending. It's the first Premier Inn in Norfolk since 2019, and part of Whitbread’s expansion into under-served tourist areas.

🏨 Blue Flag Capital, with Collared Martin Hospitality, has launched two hotels: Faraway Sag Harbor, New York, and Faraway Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The Sag Harbor location has 67 rooms, while Jackson Hole offers 90 rooms and 51 residences. Amenities at Sag Harbor include an Amalfi-inspired restaurant, heated pool, and spa, while Jackson Hole features an indoor/outdoor pool and adventure excursions. 🏘️ Hyatt Hotels Corp. opened Me and All Hotel Leipzig in July 2026, featuring 282 rooms. Located in Leipzig Zentrum-Ost, near Leipzig Central Station, it's the eighth Me and All Hotel in Germany. The hotel, designed with Bauhaus influences, offers 250 square meters of meeting space, a bar, and a fitness center. 🏨 Radisson Hotel Group and Jin Jiang International Hotels have launched their first Radisson Collection hotel in southwest China, Chengdu, occupying 16 floors in the Cloud Yunduan Tower. This new flagship site offers 178 rooms, four dining venues, two ballrooms (322 and 280 sq m), and leisure facilities including a pool, spa, and fitness center. Located near Tianfu Software Park with metro access, it aims to be a new benchmark for international services and exchanges.

🏨 Marble Falls, Texas, a city of roughly 10,000 residents, is transforming into an emerging lodging market. By 2026, new hotels and venues will add 208 rooms and more than twice the existing meeting space of 4,000 sq ft. Home2 Suites and The Ophelia Hotel will enhance event capacity with 7,100 sq ft of space. The city, designated a “Tourism Friendly Texas Certified Community” in 2025, anticipates a boost in tourism and leisure activity.
