Choice Hotels International Reports Q4 and Full-Year 2025 Results

📈 Choice Hotels International, Inc., based in North Bethesda, Maryland, reported $369.9 million net income for 2025, and $63.7 million in Q4 2025. Adjusted EBITDA reached $625.6 million for the year. Hotel openings grew 14% globally, with international rooms increasing 12.5%. U.S. extended-stay net rooms rose 11.7%. A 22% growth in global franchise agreements was noted. Full-year 2026 net income expected between $265M to $275M, and adjusted EBITDA between $632M to $647M.

🏨 Ran & Morris Creative Partnership and Cumulus have transformed the historic Oscar Maugsch Palace into the Sofitel Bucharest in University Square, Bucharest. Completed with 157 guestrooms, two restaurants, and a spa, the project revamped two buildings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. A dramatic 46-feet-high skylit lobby draws inspiration from Parisian street life. The design integrates Parisian and Romanian cultural elements, maintaining historical layouts and using Romanian artistry for bespoke furnishings.

Waterside Hotel opens £3m spa development in West Kilbride
