🏨 Radisson Hotel Group has added the Green Hotel in Kinross to its Radisson Individuals brand. Situated on 5,000 acres, this 18th-century property currently offers 46 rooms and plans to add 14 more by 2027. It features two 18-hole golf courses, a restaurant and bar, and three meeting rooms for up to 80 people. Located near Loch Leven, it is 30 minutes from Perth and 50 minutes from Edinburgh. This addition underscores Radisson's focus on Scottish heritage and hospitality.

🌐 Collaborating with Four Seasons, the Sundukovy Sisters designed the Mercury Rooftop atop Four Seasons Jumeirah in Dubai, inspired by the planet Mercury's luminosity. Featuring sculptural bars with metallic tones and a liquid silver central bar, the space harmonizes with Dubai's skyline. The rooftop, complete with black Copacabana granite and Arabescato Orobico Grigio marble, offers sweeping views and a celestial ambiance, blending art, atmosphere, and elegant hospitality seamlessly.

🏨 Sofitel Cotonou Marina, located in Cotonou, Benin, fuses refined French art de vivre with local cultural elements. Designed by S+S Interior Design, the hotel features a classic symmetrical lobby with local artistry, such as wooden tables and bold floor patterns. Rooms combine French classical architecture and African motifs, offering a serene atmosphere. The lobby includes a central bar, while the restaurant offers an open kitchen. The project emphasizes luxury, cultural fusion, and a harmonious guest experience.

📍 Swissôtel Tbilisi, designed by Sundukovy Sisters Design and Architecture Studio, is opening in the heart of Tbilisi, Georgia. This urban retreat blends nature, wellness, and modern design, featuring biophilic elements like greenery and natural materials such as wood, bamboo, and cork. Guest rooms offer ergonomic furniture, bio-adaptive lighting, and in-room wellness features. The Pürovel Spa & Sport incorporates Alpine-inspired elements, while dining venues highlight stone, wood, and marble, offering expansive city views from the rooftop bar.

🏨 Drury Hotels opened the Drury Inn & Suites Destin Miramar Beach in Miramar Beach, Florida, its first in the Destin area and sixth in Florida. Located at 50 Ponce de Leon Street, it offers 116 suites with in-room kitchens, an outdoor pool, and more. It employs 25 staff. Plans for a second Destin property, Drury Plaza Hotel Destin, will start in 2026, featuring 320 rooms and 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Drury operates over 150 hotels in 30 states.

🏨 Starhotels has added the Hermitage Hotel and Resort in Forte dei Marmi to its portfolio, officially opening on May 28, with 59 rooms and suites featuring private terraces and 1.5 hectares of private gardens. The resort includes Cabana Beach, an organic kitchen garden, Orto all’Hermitage Restaurant, children's areas, and the Cabana Lounge Bar. Elisabetta Fabri, CEO, describes it as a nature-filled retreat offering an elegant, tranquil experience reminiscent of classic Italian summer holidays.

🏨 Spokane, Washington—In 2024, Davenport Hotel began a multi-year renovation, refreshing 284 guestrooms with designs by Bishop Pass. The renovation highlights Spokane's natural light and lilac city identity. New dining and retail spaces, like the Lobby Bar and Emporium, enhance the experience. Spring 2025 brings updates to the Davenport Tower and The Louie, a 48-key boutique hotel. These projects connect three properties, celebrating heritage and modern travel needs.
