🏖 In April 2026, Aulūs Chania by Domes, part of Hilton's Curio Collection, opens in Stavros, Crete. This adults-only resort features 200 rooms and suites, three pools, and a floating sea deck. It will offer all-inclusive amenities: 24-hour dining, premium drinks, wellness activities, and cultural experiences. 🌴 Domes rebrands Aulūs, launching two hotels in April 2026: Aulūs Chania (Crete) and Aulūs Lindos Rhodes (Rhodes). Global all-inclusive market valued at $95.6 billion in 2024, growing 7.1% annually. 🏨 New York City and Phoenix will see the most new hotel room openings in 2026, with 4,852 and 3,650 rooms respectively, according to CoStar. Dallas, Orlando, and Miami follow. The U.S. will open 891 hotels with 99,011 rooms in 2026, rising to 1,688 hotels with 191,926 rooms by 2027. CoStar's data indicates growth potential, as current room supply and demand are still below 2019 levels, despite leading occupancy rates.

🏨 IHG® Hotels & Resorts plans to open a Vignette Collection hotel in Panchkula, India, by early 2026. The 145-room hotel will include 11 suites, 4 dining venues, and over 2,200 square meters for events. Panchkula, part of the growing Chandigarh Metropolitan Region, hosts IT parks and manufacturing hubs. 🏨 Ivy Hospitality announced a new management contract for the 130-room Springhill Suites by Marriott Fishers in Indianapolis. 🏨 Milwaukee, 2026 – The Marc Hotel, a new 175-room hotel, opens in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, connected to the Baird Center via skywalk. Marcus Hotels & Resorts, led by President Michael Evans, opened the hotel, offering access to Hilton Milwaukee's 34,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Rooms feature luxury linens, workstations, Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, and marble bathrooms. The hotel occupies the former west wing of Hilton Milwaukee, reviving the Marc legacy from 30 years ago.
