🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation inaugurated Sonesta Essential Hotels Longview, a 50-room property in Longview, East Texas, in the second half of 2025. The hotel offers features like elevated bedding, free high-speed WiFi, hot breakfast, all-day coffee, and a fitness center. This is the third Sonesta Essential hotel with the same owner, aligning with Sonesta's strategy to expand select service properties in secondary and tertiary markets.

🌴 Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca is now open, marking the third Mandarin Oriental in Spain. Located in Calvià near Puerto Portals, the resort features 131 rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy private yacht transfers, golf, cycling, and tennis. The dining program highlights diverse chef identities, while the spa blends Mediterranean and Oriental influences. The opening package offers two nights from €1,500, including breakfast and spa or dining credits.

🏨 Vestige Collection's latest venture, Binidufà, is a boutique hotel with 11 rooms on a northern Menorca estate. Alongside the Son Ermità property, it covers nearly 2,000 acres. The estate prioritizes traditional construction and local materials, preserving an 18th-century heritage. Guests enjoy shared wellness facilities and dining experiences. The refurbished building, vacant for six years, offers accommodations for one to three months, featuring kitchens, dining areas, Wi-Fi, and private balconies on select floors. Guests have access to concierge services, a virtual front desk, and an upcoming on-site gym. 🏨 Limehome opened a hotel at 148 Queen Victoria Street, City of London, in 2023. The property converted upper floors of a former pub into accommodations, maintaining the ground floor as a pub. It's Limehome's first UK site with a new interior design concept. Limehome operates across 13 European countries, targeting London’s Zone 1 and Zone 2, and expanding in Manchester, Edinburgh, York, Bath, Oxford, and Glasgow. The company's Streatham Hill site boasts a 91% occupancy rate.
