🏨 Meininger Hotels plans to open a 232-room property in Dublin's Liberties district, next to Vicar Street and the National College of Art and Design, by April 2028. The 8,163-square-metre building will offer 811 beds to address Dublin's accommodation undersupply, where hotel occupancy rates exceed 80%. This is part of Meininger's growth strategy, aiming for 50 locations from their current 36. Other projects are underway in Barcelona, Madrid, and Tel Aviv.

🏠 After reopening in August 2025, Hotel Gabrielli Venezia introduces Gabrielli Luxury Apartments, offering six residences in Venice for guests seeking autonomy and privacy. Designed by Milanese designer Andrea Auletta, the apartments are housed in three historic buildings. Options include One-Bedroom Prestige (39-55 sqm), Two-Bedroom Deluxe (109 sqm) with a rooftop terrace, and One-Bedroom Heritage Garden View (47-52 sqm). Guests access Hotel Gabrielli facilities, including a restaurant, bar, rooftop terrace, and spa.

🏨 Whitbread opened the Hub by Premier Inn in London Farringdon (Old Bailey), transforming the Grade II listed former Snow Hill Police Station, originally from the 1870s, into a 212-bedroom hotel. The development features a new eight-storey extension and cultural atrium. Goldsmiths-trained artists Hilary Yip and Leily Mojdehi created 16 metal-printed artworks displayed in the hotel. Jonathan Langdon emphasized the project’s significance in revitalizing historic buildings, while Tom Sleigh highlighted heritage innovation.

🏨 Pearsall House, a vacant laboratory built in 1973 on Lake Windermere's west shore, is for sale for £2.5m as a hotel development. The current owner, an experienced retiree, secured planning permission to convert it into a boutique hotel. Initial construction has started, marking the first new hotel project on Lake Windermere in the 21st century. Located in the Lake District National Park, this project is anticipated to attract significant interest due to high tourism demand.

📷 February 2026, Milan's Hotel Principe di Savoia hosts a Zach Gold exhibition in Il Salotto. Zach Gold, born in 1972, is a Los Angeles-based photographer known for vibrant, pop-culture-inspired imagery. Recognized as a top New York artist under 35 in 1997 and Young Photographer of the Year in 2000, Gold's work is part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's permanent collection. Hotel Principe di Savoia supports art, integrating cultural initiatives into its spaces.

🛍 Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas will remodel its 55,000-square-foot spa starting in March, with completion in November. Designed by Woogmaster Studio, the renovation will enhance guest experiences with upgraded facilities and expanded offerings. 🏨 Choice Hotels International, Inc. introduced a redesigned Everhome Suites prototype, focusing on innovation and cost efficiency. This next-gen design reduces development costs by approximately 13% per room and increases capacity to 120 suites. With 27 hotels operational and about 40 in development, the prototype addresses evolving market conditions and guest expectations, featuring full kitchens and flexible workspaces. 🏨 Whitbread PLC opens its latest hotel, "hub by Premier Inn London Farringdon (Old Bailey)," in the City of London, offering 212 rooms. Designed by John Smith Murdoch in 1927, this 80-room heritage hotel offers premium amenities, including a fitness center and library bar. Just 300 meters from Canberra's CBD, it boasts art installations, conference facilities, and proximity to cultural sites. Molonglo, a property developer, contributed to its design. The hotel strengthens Trilogy's footprint in Australia's premium sector.
