🏨 HQ Hotels & Residences plans to open a $130 million HQ Cas En Bas Resort in Saint Lucia by November 2026. Located in Cap Estate, near Rodney Bay, the development features 96 studios and apartments, with plans for 82 more, totaling 178 units. It’s over 90% sold and will generate up to 300 permanent jobs. The resort will include dining by Michelin-starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi. Operated by Wellington Estates in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

🏨 Hotel van Oranje in Noordwijk aan Zee, Netherlands, will undergo a major renovation starting Q2 2026, with completion slated for autumn 2028. The 23,000 m² hotel will offer 244 rooms, 3 restaurants, and facilities including a 2,000 m² wellness center. The project is managed by HVO Hotel consortium and Vertiq Hospitality Partners. The design, inspired by 19th-century architecture, includes a new façade and a skybridge linking luxury apartments. The investment aims to blend historic charm with modern luxury.

🏠 Ennismore and YAMED signed the Delano Marrakech Hotel & Residences, marking Delano's debut in Africa and Morocco. Located in Marrakech's resort enclave, the development will feature 130 guestrooms, suites, and villas, plus 80 branded residences, first outside the U.S. Sales begin in late 2026, hotel opening in 2030. The project includes pools, a spa, fitness facilities, and dining options, designed by Elastic Architects. This marks Ennismore's Mediterranean expansion spanning France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, and Egypt.

🏠 Ark Living will launch its third London co-living site in Shoreditch this August. The development converts the former Mama Shelter hotel into 194 rooms, including 162 studios for 3-12 month stays and 32 short-term rooms. Monthly rates start at £1,799. Owned by Crosstree Real Estate, the project focuses on sustainability through restoration. Ark Living plans another project in Canning Town for the 2026/27 academic year, aiming to foster community connections and creativity.

🍴 Rockliffe Hall will unveil new dining concepts in September 2025, including Rialto, an Italian-American eatery, and Ro, a Japan-inspired cocktail bar. The transformation involves the launch of Atlas, a 36-seat restaurant within a 584 m² pavilion, featuring open kitchens. Culinary directors James and Maria Close oversee the revamp. The project started in April 2025, aiming for a global gastronomy destination, blending contemporary and traditional culinary experiences.
