🏨 Stonebridge has added the 270-room DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek to its portfolio. Located in Denver's Cherry Creek submarket, the hotel features Eggcetera, Flagstone’s, Made Market, an outdoor pool, and over 6,000 square feet of meeting space. It's near Cherry Creek Shopping Center and several hospitals. Rob Smith, CEO of Stonebridge, highlighted its strong market position. The hotel aims to enhance operations and value.

🏨 Vision Hospitality Group, based in Chattanooga, opens Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown, a 161-room hotel in Nashville's Midtown, near Vanderbilt University. The hotel features Moonsong Café, a 1,000 sq. ft. fitness center, and over 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. It targets modern travelers with amenities promoting well-being and productivity. The hotel is now open for visits starting February 10, 2026. The project underscores Vision's focus on high-growth urban markets.

🏠 Related Group and Dezer Development, as of early 2027, will complete the Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, a luxury condo project in Florida, featuring 92 homes on 12 acres. Homes range from 2,800 to 6,400 sq. ft., with prices starting at $5.95 million. Amenities include a wellness center, oceanfront pools, private marina, and dining led by a celebrity chef. 🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Gongbei in Gongbei, Zhuhai. The hotel features 278 guestrooms and suites and offers over 17,222 square feet of meeting space, including a 6,727-square-foot Grand Ballroom. Guests can enjoy dining options such as Xiangyue Chinese restaurant and Market Café, as well as leisure facilities like a fitness center and yoga studio. This venue caters to business and leisure travelers by providing a modern, warm, and connected hospitality experience.

🏠 Dar Global has launched Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Oman at AIDA, a luxury real estate development in Oman. Located 130 meters above sea level, this resort offers 120 themed suites and family rooms. It features Aqua Nick waterpark, themed dining, and kids' entertainment. Part of a 3.5 million square meter AIDA masterplan, the project aligns with Oman Vision 2040 to boost tourism and diversify GDP. Completion of Phase 1, including infrastructure, is expected by 2027.

🏨 Criterion Capital opened a 532-room Moxy hotel at Piccadilly Circus in partnership with Marriott International. It’s the largest Moxy hotel outside New York, converted from the Criterion Building’s former office space. The hotel features design themes like Showstopper and Spotlight, alongside Helios-inspired social spaces. Located in the West End’s retail and theatre district, this project is part of Criterion’s sustainability-focused portfolio, emphasizing adaptive reuse over demolition to preserve heritage.

🍴 Rockliffe Hall in County Durham is launching Atlas, a 36-cover restaurant, in summer 2026. Culinary director James Close and Maria Close designed it to offer global flavors. The 584-square-meter space features three kitchen islands and a chef’s table for six. The team includes Adam Molloy, Shaun Hurrell, Jack Adams, and Manuel Ghezzi. The restaurant will open Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. Ongoing renovations will enhance the resort, with the Old Hall's completion due in summer 2026.

🖨 The Hoxton Hotel in Shoreditch, London, has undergone a significant refurbishment 20 years after its opening. All 210 rooms received updates with warm, mid-century modern influences. The design retained signature elements like circular mirrors and parquet floors but introduced new headboards and second-hand furniture. The revamped interior balances Shoreditch's high-energy vibe with muted greens, yellows, and browns, reflecting the area's evolution into an established creative hub.

🏨 Bozeman's The Baxter Hotel partners with Noble House Hotels & Resorts and Breakwater to restore its historic charm. Built in 1929, The Baxter will undergo renovations to include 32 guest rooms and wellness amenities, slated for completion by fall 2027. Owned by the Loseff and Orizotti families since 2004, it will remain operational throughout restoration. The project involves local firms and aims to blend luxury with community heritage, maintaining the hotel's iconic status.
