Developed by CenterPoint Hospitality, the property underwent comprehensive renovations and provides access to major employers like Komatsu and Eastman Chemical. The expansion reflects the brand's focus on project-driven demand in markets with strong manufacturing and healthcare presence.

🏨 The Medlock hotel, a collaboration between Manchester City FC and Radisson Hotel Group, is opening at the Etihad Campus in late 2026. With 401 rooms, it seeks over 100 staff, focusing on local hires. Job ads launch on April 27, 2026, with open days mid-May. Valor Hospitality manages recruitment and training, alongside Total People. Situated near the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live arena, the hotel is part of a £300 million development.

📈 UAE: Cheval Collection plans its first branded residence in Dubai Islands, a 99-unit development, by 2029. This joint venture with AVENEW Development and Wadeen Developers will offer one to three-bedroom apartments with leisure facilities. Cheval also operates two properties in Dubai and is expanding with projects in Riyadh: Cheval Ladun Living (2027) and Cheval Maison – Sulaymaniyah (2028).
