🏨 The Waymark Hotel, part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection, opened in downtown Chattanooga in the historic 1927 Chattanooga Savings Bank building, managed by Concord Hospitality. The hotel features 148 uniquely designed guest rooms and includes Iris Rooftop Bar and The Vault, a speakeasy. Renovations preserved the original architecture while adding a market café and fitness center. After nearly two decades of vacancy, the hotel now serves as a key part of Chattanooga's growth.

🏨 Radisson RED Hotel Queenstown will open with 221 rooms, including 4 deluxe rooms and 5 suites. Located a 7-minute walk from Queenstown's center, it offers a dining restaurant, rooftop bar, gym, and two meeting rooms. Skiing at Coronet Peak is a 15-minute drive. Queenstown Airport is 16 minutes away. Radisson's loyalty program boasts over 25 million members. The developer, Redwood Group, is part of Radisson's expansion in Asia Pacific, with new openings planned from 2026 to 2028.

🏨 Stockholm, December 2025: Clarion Hotel Sign, designed by Gert Wingårdh, unveils three Stratum Suites by Prince Carl Philip and Oscar Kylberg. Inspired by the hotel's angular architecture, the suites boast custom furniture and steel-lined walls, blending Swedish-made materials and reflective surfaces. The 558-room hotel features suites with distinct color palettes: Suite 8 in chocolate and orange, Suite 9 monochrome with pinks and greens, and Suite 10 in blue-grey and yellow tones.

🏨 Stonebridge has expanded its portfolio by managing the 270-room DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek, located in Denver's Cherry Creek submarket. The hotel offers 6,000 square feet of meeting space, on-site dining like Eggcetera, Flagstone’s, and Made Market, and amenities such as an outdoor pool and fitness center. Positioned near the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and downtown Denver, it aims to enhance operations and market positioning.

🏨 Element New Orleans Downtown, managed by Bentley Legacy Group, opened in New Orleans' Central Business District. Located at 221 O’Keefe Avenue, the 216-room hotel is near Canal Street and the Caesars Superdome. Offering short- and long-term stays, it features fully equipped kitchens, eco-conscious design, and Westin Heavenly mattresses. Amenities include a fitness center, bicycle rentals, and 624 sq. ft. of meeting space for up to 40 guests. The hotel expands Marriott's presence in New Orleans.

🌴 Scheduled to open in July 2026, Nômade Temple Ibiza is located on the northern shores of Portinatx, Ibiza. The property features 182 rooms and villas, offering diverse accommodations that include terraces and private pools. The design integrates natural and sustainable materials, reflecting Ibiza's bohemian legacy. A range of dining venues, a spa with water therapies, and cultural programming enhance the visitor experience, emphasizing celebratory healing and shared experiences in harmony with the natural environment.

🍣 PARK CITY, Utah—February 2026, Scratch Restaurants Group will launch Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Deer Valley at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. Founders Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee offer a 17-course omakase experience for 10 guests. Fish is flown in from Tokyo's Toyosu Fish Market. Beverage options include Japanese sake and whisky. The menu features creations like Hamachi with corn pudding and Roasted Bone Marrow nigiri. Dessert includes Matcha Bon Bon paired with Hot Green Tea.

🖼 Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton, completed a lobby renovation in New York, February 2026. Robinson Park Design & Build led the project, incorporating historic elements like the original mosaic floor tile and the goddess Diana emblem. The design features green quartz accents and a plum banquette. Cream tones replaced darker finishes, enhancing light. The renovation aimed to balance historical respect with modern guest experiences.

🏖 In Stateline, Nevada, Caesars Entertainment announced Phase Two of the $200 million renovation for Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, slated for completion in summer 2026. The project includes the introduction of Tessie’s Cocktails & Chords, a second venue after Caspian’s opening in 2024, a revamped High Dive Pool and Lounge, and 25,000 square feet of new meetings space. Enhancements also feature an expanded fitness center and five new bar experiences by summer 2026.

🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation opened the William Tell, MOD Collection by Sonesta, near Chicago in Newton, MA. The upscale hotel, located on Route 66 with 180 rooms, is near SeatGeek Stadium and Brookfield Zoo. This is the MOD Collection’s eighth U.S. property, launched in 2023 to offer flexible solutions for hotel owners. MOD emphasizes local influences and curated F&B, aiming to seamlessly integrate guests' daily routines into their travel experiences.
