📈 Hadley O'Dwyer joins HotelREZ as VP of customer success and engagement to manage digital innovation and international growth. Overseeing 2,500 hotels in 100+ countries, O'Dwyer, with 20 years' industry experience, aims to enhance customer retention and revenue, leveraging data-driven strategies. His appointment follows John Seaton's as chief growth officer in December 2025, focusing on global service improvements and operational efficiency.

🏨 Sage Hospitality Group now manages The Ben, Autograph Collection, a 208-room hotel in West Palm Beach, Florida, acquired by Related Ross. Opened in 2020, The Ben offers a rooftop lounge, a heated outdoor pool, two restaurants, and over 17,000 square feet of event space. Situated by Palm Harbor Marina, it’s near Clematis Street and downtown attractions. Sage aims to enhance this vibrant, design-centric property’s guest experience as part of its experiential hospitality focus.

🏨 Rebecca Bozeat-Manzi and Scott Rankin have been promoted at Castlebridge Hospitality Management. Bozeat-Manzi, now sales and marketing director, will lead a unified approach to brand positioning. Rankin, as group operations director, focuses on operations performance and guest experience. Castlebridge, based in Warwickshire, manages several hotels, including Hotel Indigo and voco Winchester Hotel and Spa. Craig Patterson highlights these appointments as key to the company’s growth and evolution.

💻 Maria Green and Carla Manners have been promoted at Daish’s Holidays' Bournemouth head office. Green, with the company for 10 years, now heads sales and marketing for 11 UK hotels. Manners, who joined in 2019, is the new reservations manager. Green aims to grow the business and welcome new guests. Daish’s Holidays, a family-owned coach holiday group, has operated for over 45 years in seaside locations.

🏨 Andrew Houghton joined Davidson Hospitality Group as Senior VP, Luxury Operations, overseeing Ragdale Hall Spa in the UK. Scott Harrell is the new VP, Acquisitions & Business Development. Houghton brings experience from Marriott, including managing The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. Harrell has 15+ years in hospitality real estate, previously with PM Hotel Group. Davidson aims to grow domestically and internationally. Both will enhance Davidson’s luxury offerings and development strategies.

🏨 Christian Masters will speak at the Hotel Owner Conference in London on November 3, 2026. He is the general manager of art’otel London Hoxton, where he has been since 2023. Masters has nearly 20 years of experience, including roles at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Conrad London St. James, and Montcalm East. The conference at Prince Philip House will offer insights for hotel owners and operators on market complexities.

📈 A&O expanded its international sales team, enhancing focus on France, the UK, and Scandinavia. Adrien Colpaert operates in Brussels, David Kupsky in London, and Christos Praftsas in Copenhagen. A&O Hostels, experiencing growth since 2021, opened locations in Edinburgh (2021), Brighton (2024), London (2025), and Manchester (2026). By 2026, UK properties are expected to host 600,000 overnight stays with a 75% occupancy rate, while Copenhagen aims for 328,000 stays and 80% occupancy.

🏨 Olivia Johnson becomes the general manager at Thompson Houston, located beside Buffalo Bayou Park. With over 10 years of experience across California, New York, and Texas, Johnson transitions from hotel manager, a role she held during the property's opening. The hotel boasts 172 guest rooms, including 34 suites. Previously, Johnson supported the opening of Thompson San Antonio in 2020 and worked as director of housekeeping at Hotel Emma in San Antonio.
