CoStar and Tourism Economics Upgrade 2026 U.S. RevPAR Growth Forecast to 2.8% Amid Strong Demand Trends

Tampa led increases with occupancy at 77.0% (+15.4%), ADR at $207.96 (+22.9%), and RevPAR at $160.07 (+41.9%), boosted by SOF Week. Las Vegas saw ADR rise to $287.59 (+19.6%) and RevPAR to $241.57 (+25.7%) due to events like ICSC and BTS concerts. Boston and St. Louis experienced declines.
