🏟 June 2026, Sylacauga, Alabama: Marcus & Millichap sold the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sylacauga by IHG for $5.8 million to a first-time out-of-state buyer. The hotel, built in 2006, has 60 guestrooms, an indoor pool, fitness center, and event space. It is near Coosa Valley Medical Center and Talladega Superspeedway. The sale was managed by Terrence Jefferson and team, marking their second successful transaction with this client.

🏨 Omaxe, a real estate developer, announced plans on Monday to invest approximately INR 62 billion ($656 million) in building 19 hotels across 13 Indian cities over the next four to five years.
