OUE REIT Divests Crowne Plaza Changi Airport in Singapore for SGD500 Million to Joint Venture with Tokyo Century Corporation

The hotel's agreements expire in 2028. Activia Properties is acquiring the 282-key A-FLAG Kyoto Shijo for JPY11.5 billion in Japan, slightly below its JPY11.7 billion appraisal. NBI Holdings has acquired the 328-key Novotel Okinawa Naha, details undisclosed, in Japan.

Vine Hotels Acquires The Gables Hotel Near Bristol in Joint Venture with Castlewood Hotels
