🏠 Box House, a historic Grade II listed property near Bath, sold for an undisclosed sum over its £3.75m asking price. This 19th-century building, originally a vicarage, spans 10,000 sq ft within eight acres and features Georgian architecture, five reception rooms, and outdoor amenities. Previously a school and hotel, it recently functioned as a serviced office. 🏨 Hand Picked Hotels is acquiring four country house hotels from Andrew Brownsword Hotels, adding 118 bedrooms to its portfolio in the Cotswolds.
