🏨 University College Birmingham (UCB) has acquired the former Cube Hotel and Marco Pierre White restaurant in Birmingham for £15 million. This iconic resort, located on Loch Lomond's banks, is celebrated as the 5th best resort in Europe by the 2025 Condé Nast Traveller UK Readers’ Choice Awards. Victory's portfolio now includes the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Geneva and projects in Amsterdam and London. CEO Erik Moresco emphasizes their commitment to investing in high-quality locations. 🏖 Acquired by Mast Capital and Koch Real Estate Investments, The Islands of Islamorada Resort in Florida, 90 minutes from Miami, offers 22 private villas and eight hotel suites. Each villa spans 4,067 sq. ft., includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a garage, and costs $3.8 million. Amenities feature a marina, pools, and a beach. Ocean Sotheby’s International Realty will manage villa sales. Owned by Frisbie Group, financing was arranged by Berkadia Miami.

Circa 39’s repositioning will start in Q3 2026 as part of IHG's Vignette Collection. Meridia Capital sold the 110-room B&B Hotel Madrid Vallecas Ensanche in Madrid, Spain. In January 2026, Praemia sold the B&B Hotel Prague City with 160 rooms in the Czech Republic. HVS provides over 4,500 hotel-related services annually worldwide.
