JLL Arranges $835 Million Sale and $690 Million Financing for JW Marriott Marco Island Resort in Florida

🏖 JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group facilitated the $835 million sale and $690 million financing of the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, an 809-room property in Southwest Florida. Acquired by Sculptor Real Estate and Trinity Investments, the resort features more than 140,000 square feet of event space, 12 dining venues, and two golf courses. Barings previously owned the resort, completing a $320 million renovation in 2018. Financing was secured through a five-year loan from Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
