🏨 The Kessler Collection and Highgate have formed a strategic alliance, with Highgate managing several Kessler hotels in the U.S., including Casa Monica Resort & Spa in St. Augustine, JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District, and Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville. This shift marks the creation of Kessler Hospitality under Highgate. Kessler staff and leaders will transition to Highgate. The collaboration aims to merge creative vision with operational expertise for enhanced hotel performance.

🏨 Global RevPAR at Marriott International increased by 0.5% in Q3 2025, with international markets up 2.6% and the U.S. & Canada down 0.4%. Net income rose 25% to $728 million from Q3 2024. Marriott added 17,900 net rooms, with 13,900 internationally. Development pipeline hit 3,923 properties and 596,000 rooms. Marriott Bonvoy gained 12 million members, totaling nearly 260 million. Full-year 2025 RevPAR growth is expected between 1.5% and 2.5%, with net rooms growth nearing 5%.

🏖️ Barry Sternlicht, CEO of Starwood Capital Group and creator of Starwood Hotels, was recognized as the Corporate Hotelier of the World for 2025. He co-founded Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 1995, leading its growth through acquisitions like Westin and ITT Corp. In 2016, Starwood Hotels was sold to Marriott, but Sternlicht retained the brand name. He now leads SH Hotels & Resorts, focusing on sustainable luxury brands like 1 Hotels. At 64, he remains active in the hospitality industry and private credit market.
