Newmark Secures $172.5 Million Loan for The Ben, Boosting West Palm Beach Hotel Market with 11% RevPAR Growth

💰 Newmark secured a $172.5 million loan for Related Ross to acquire The Ben, Autograph Collection, a 208-room luxury hotel in West Palm Beach, Florida. The loan was arranged by Jordan Roeschlaub and team from Nomura. The Ben, the city's only waterfront hotel, offers 18,475 sq. ft. of event space and a rooftop venue. By July 2025, RevPAR in West Palm Beach grew over 11% year-over-year, with a projected 6% increase by the end of 2025.

Peregrine Groups expands footprint with two NoCal acquisitions

🏨 Peregrine Hospitality acquired two Northern California properties: The Lodge at Tiburon and Toll House Hotel. The Lodge features 104 rooms, 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, and is near San Francisco attractions. JLL Arranges Refinancing for Ambiente

PPHE secures Park Plaza London Waterloo freehold

Bowland Inns and Hotels reports £1m loss despite 3% revenue rise
