📍 Alma Lodge Hotel in Stockport, Greater Manchester, sold to Corner Stone MCR Property Group. The hotel, located on Buxton Road, features 52 bedrooms, a restaurant, and event facilities for up to 250 guests. The acquisition aligns with Corner Stone's expansion in the UK property market. Founder, Choudry Abdul Karim, and director, Faisal Karim, plan to enhance the guest experience while preserving the venue's traditional character. The sale was managed confidentially by Tom O’Malley of Christie and Co.

🏗️ Edgar Suites acquires a 1,481 m² building in Málaga's historic center from All Iron RE Socimi, marking its second project in Spain. The company invests €10.5 million to redevelop the asset into a four-story serviced residence with 34 rooms, preserving its heritage façades. Construction starts in July 2026, with opening in spring 2028. The project aligns with Edgar Suites' ESG commitments and aims to attract urban leisure and business travelers.

🏨 Sonnenblick-Eichner Company secured a $75 million loan to refinance the 341-room Monterey Marriott in downtown Monterey, California. The non-recourse, interest-only, five-year loan was funded by a Wall Street investment bank. The hotel features 16,500 sq ft of meeting space and is close to the Monterey Conference Center. With 19 competitive loan quotes, the deal closed with an all-in rate under 6%. This is the third loan for this property by Sonnenblick-Eichner.

🏨 Lincombe Hall Hotel and Spa in Torquay was sold to Canadian businessman Khalil Viraney for £3.25 million. The 44-bedroom, four-star property includes 2.58 acres of gardens, two self-catering apartments, and a 5-bubble rated spa opened in 2019. The spa features a hydrotherapy pool, indoor swimming pool, and ice room. Managed by Savills, the transaction reflects steady demand for high-quality regional assets. 🏨 A UK-based family business has acquired the Staverton Park Hotel and Golf Club in Northamptonshire, spanning 150 acres. The property features 247 rooms, an 18-hole golf course, and a leisure center with a 15-meter pool. It was brought to market in September 2024. Managed by Christie and Co, the sale marks the largest full-service golf resort transaction this year. The new owners aim to boost operations through investment, enhancing its appeal to corporate and leisure guests.

🏨 Noble Investment Group acquired the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa in Reno, Nevada. Located by the Truckee River and Reno's central business district, the area attracts over 15 million visitors yearly. Supported by key investments from companies like Tesla and Google, Reno's economic growth is fueled by diverse sectors including technology and logistics. This acquisition fits Noble's strategy to invest in high-growth markets with plans for capital enhancements to leverage Reno’s expansion.

🏠 CozySuites, founded in 2017, has acquired Roami in late August, adding Miami and New Orleans to its operations in 10 cities, including Dallas and Phoenix. Roami contributes 20 new buildings, retaining its brand and staff. Roami’s founder, Andreas King Geovanis, will advise CozySuites. The acquisition was competitive, indicating Roami's strong brand. The integration will include CozySuites’ sales platform while leveraging Roami’s established guest experience.

🏨 Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) has partnered with Tokyu Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. to expand its presence in Japan as part of its Asia strategy. 50 independent hotel brands are in GHA, which operates the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty program with over 34 million members. More than 40 Tokyu Hotels across cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Okinawa will join. Japan had 42.7M international visitors in 2025, with Tokyo among the top five most visited cities globally.

🏨 Peregrine Hospitality has acquired The Lodge at Tiburon and Toll House Hotel in Northern California. The Lodge at Tiburon, with 104 guestrooms and 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, is located 30 miles from San Francisco International Airport. Toll House Hotel, a 115-key property, offers 6,300 sq ft of meeting space and was renovated in 2021. It’s 12 miles from San Jose Airport. Both hotels are in high-demand markets, attracting leisure and corporate travelers.

💰 Newmark secured a $172.5 million loan for Related Ross to acquire The Ben, Autograph Collection, a 208-room luxury hotel in West Palm Beach, Florida. The loan was arranged by Jordan Roeschlaub and team from Nomura. The Ben, the city's only waterfront hotel, offers 18,475 sq. ft. of event space and a rooftop venue. By July 2025, RevPAR in West Palm Beach grew over 11% year-over-year, with a projected 6% increase by the end of 2025.
