🏨 The Tunbridge Wells Hotel in Royal Tunbridge Wells is for sale at £2.69 million after 13 years of ownership. The owner is retiring, and the property is located in the Pantiles, the town's cultural quarter. 💰 On 11 December 2025 at 10:30 am, the Ardencote Hotel in Warwickshire, a Victorian manor house from 1862, will auction off its contents to prepare for a multi-million-pound redevelopment. The hotel features 110 bedrooms, 3 restaurants, and a spa. Items include beds, kitchen appliances, and gym equipment. Pro Auction is managing the sale, following similar events at The Savoy and Luton Hoo. A public viewing is on 10 December.

🏨 Barons Eden acquired Orsett Hall Hotel, Restaurant, and Spa in Essex for an undisclosed amount. The Georgian-style hotel spans 12 acres and includes 57 en-suite bedrooms, a chapel, event spaces, and a spa. Located near Grays, it can host up to 1,000 guests and is 40 minutes from London. This marks Barons Eden’s second purchase post-investment from Alchemy Partners. Previously owned by the Barton-Wright family since 1993, Orsett Hall is a prime venue for weddings and events.

💰 Pandox AB completed a €1.7bn (£1.46bn) acquisition of Dalata Hotel Group, adding 31 hotels in the UK and Ireland. Scandic Hotels Group is set to acquire 56 hotel operations for €500m (£439m) in 2026. The deal, financed by DNB Carnegie and credit lines, includes 6,626 rooms in major cities like Dublin and London. The transaction value will reach €1.2bn (£1.05bn), with Pandox's portfolio rising to SEK 93bn (£7.4bn). Expected annual rental income increase: SEK 1.2bn (£960m).

📑 Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of an 85-room Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel in Spring, Texas, on a complex nine-month transaction. Built in 2013, the hotel is located four miles south of The Woodlands, along Interstate 45. The seller was Paramount Spring Group LLC, and the buyer was Prem Hospitality Enterprise. Despite lending, title, and market challenges, the deal was successfully brokered by Rajan Patel and supported by the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.

🏨 Dorbiere acquired The King Alfred Hotel, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, part of LWC, a leading UK drinks wholesaler. The Victorian Gothic hotel, opened in 1904, features a bar, restaurant, function room, and 10 en-suite bedrooms. Managed by Graham Wilkinson and Marslie McGregor from Christie and Co, the sale price remains undisclosed. New plans involve evolving the food menu and transforming the venue into a community hub, led by General Manager Alan Eddevane.
