💸 GARDINER, Montana—Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Super 8 by Wyndham Gardiner/Yellowstone Park Area, a 66-room hotel. Buyer Raj Patel, procured by Jay Arora, secured $9,120,000 financing with a 10-year, 5.9% interest loan. The property, built in 1987, includes eight staff apartments and a leased retail space.
