Skyler Cooper from Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office represented seller Park 10 Hospitality LLC and procured buyer Shree Avdhoot Krupa of Texas, LLC. The transaction was supported by Chris Gomes, Allan Miller, and Rajan Patel. Amenities include a fitness center, breakfast area, and guest laundry facilities.
