🏡 In 2026, One Beverly Hills secured a $4.3 billion financing package for its mixed-use development, led by J.P. Morgan's $2.8 billion senior loan and VICI Properties' $1.5 billion mezzanine loan. Spanning 17.5 acres, the project includes Aman Beverly Hills, retail, and hospitality spaces. Construction started in 2024, with phased delivery by 2028, generating $40 billion in local economic activity and creating over 2,700 construction jobs. 💸 Hunter Advisors announced the sale of the 248-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Love Field, next to the Dallas Love Field Airport, to Scenic Capital Advisors, LLC. This transaction marks Scenic's seventh acquisition in Texas over the past four years. The eight-story hotel features 4,400 sq. ft. of meeting space, a restaurant, and amenities. A comprehensive renovation is planned to leverage growth in the Love Field submarket, as highlighted by Thomas Chen, Scenic Capital Advisors principal.

Quality Hotel Coventry is on sale for £2.75m, offering 80 rooms and event spaces. Both owned by Prince Hotels since 2000 and 1997, respectively, and managed by Enterprise Hotels and Hospitality. 💸 PPHE Hotel Group secured a £136.45m facility with Bank Hapoalim to acquire Park Plaza London Waterloo's freehold. This two-year agreement, with an option to extend, replaces a £210m lease liability. Around 90% of the floating interest rate will be hedged. The transaction enhances freehold exposure, reduces inflation risk, and is expected to simplify the balance sheet.
