Las Vegas Sands Singapore breaks ground
🏢 Las Vegas Sands has started construction on an $8 billion ultra-luxury resort in Singapore. Attending the event were Singapore’s Prime Minister, Finance Minister Lawrence Wong, and Dr. Miriam Adelson. The project includes a 570-suite hotel, 15,000-seat arena, and 200,000 square feet of meeting space, with design by Moshe Safdie. The resort, expected to elevate luxury tourism in Singapore, features a 76,000-square-foot Skyloop, and sustainability elements like self-shading façades and recycled materials.
